ABSTRACT

Sand sieving machine is used to help sepeed the process of separation of gravel with
sand. In regard to tackling the problem of delays in the supply of sand that is marketed. Sand
sieving machine that is designed or redesign made as much as possible so that the process is
easier and the results of sieve more stout and more leverage in the appeal of existing engines.
The static part will redesign in part, sieving and dividing the results of seve. The objective of
sand sieving machine is to create a simple sieving machine, can be used sifting more securely
and effectively so that the product can be further increased sieve sand and people’s needs can
be met properly. The method used by the sieving methot rotation driving source using the
electric motor, and because the sand sieving machine, especially in the static. The method
used is by desing that starts from the analysisof the forces that work and ultimately found
