Job Title Recruitment Officer

Reports To Recruitment Manager (RM)

Direct Subordinates
To be in charge of local legal compliance
Job Purpose
Implement operations of recruitment function of TC with level Officer
and below, manage stationery order of TC effectively, provide
assistance of functional workload to TCM and TC’s HR issues
Report directly to RM and assist TCM on recruitment input and other
Working Relationships
assigned tasks, supervise recruitment and selection function at TC,
liaise with some recruitment networks.

Responsibilities
 Paperwork for new employees

 Recruitment order processing


Review and verify recruitment orders from departments at TC and HO (for Officer level and below)
 Selection process
- Shortlist applicants from internal/external sources
- Organise placement tests
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Check references
- Offer employment to qualified candidates
- Produce confirmations of employment for Vietnamese staff
- Get confirmation of employment signed by the company representatives and qualified candidates
 Induction and/or probation
- Conduct induction program to new starters
- Facilitate new starters into system during probation
- Arrange working preparation for new hires: tools of works
 Others
- Execute and monitor recruitment and selection
- Assist Line Managers in assigned tasks
- Handle other requests and issues related to HR
- Input data into systems

 University degree
 1 year experience in relevant field
 Multinational organisation experience preferred
 Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment management and VN labor code

 Flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function


 Good leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
 Work under high pressure
 Team work
 Good communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate
 Problem solving
 Good presentation and persuasive skill

Fluent in both English & Vietnamese

Good at MS Office
