MY PERSONALITY
1. INWARD VS OUTWARD
Inward - is reserved, quiet, and calm. You view and deal with the world inwardly.
Concentrating and/or listening.
Outward- is expressive, lively, outgoing. You tend to view and deal with the
world outwardly. Interactive and or talking.
2. REALISTIC VS DREAMER
Realistic - is a practical person that tends to view the world for what it is today.
Using the senses: sight/touch/hearing. Tends to be into facts, product, getting
hands-on involvement.
Dreamer - is an idea person who tends to see possibilities, and views the world
for what it could be in the future. Thinks with your intuition, your ‘gut feeling’. You
like to play with ideas, invent things, and figure out the meaning behind things.
3. THINKING VS FEELING
Thinking - use your head, your mind… you are logical, critical, analytical, firm.
You do what is right, what is fair. You make decisions by thinking them through.
Feeling - use your heart… you are gently, considerate, appreciative, caring,
humane, and tender. You make decisions compassionately, directed by feelings.
4. PLAN VS IMPROVISE
Planning - disciplined structured, organized, and decisive. You see and deal with
the world in a step-by-step, logical manner. You make schedules, list and like to
see projects completed.
Improvising - live for the moment, free-flowing, spontaneous, random. You see
and deal with the world in a multi-faceted manner, free from structure. You wait
and see, improvise, created, and start many things.
CAREER LIFE CONNECTIONS
5. PEOPLE VS PRIVATE
People - prefers to work, learn, and participate in leisure activities with others.
You are more productive when working with others, are more effective in groups
or in discussion.
Private - prefers to work, learn, and play alone. You are distracted by groups of
people and tend to work more productively independent of others. You learn well
from books, audio, or video and you enjoy leisure activities where you develop
expertise or can be alone-relaxing with your thoughts.
