2 PREHEATER TOWER

Reinstallation of the airblasters according to the observed builtups and as per
agreed position:
- 3 in the inlet of cyclone 5
- 2 in the inlet of the cyclone 4
- 1 in the splash box from Cyclone 4 to Precalciner
- 1 in the chute between C3 and C4
2 + 2 (repace 2 existing) additional airblasters as well as the required
accessories for all the 7 new position will be delivered
Delivery and installation of a new flap valve in the cyclone 3 chute between
2.2 cyclone 3 and cyclone 4.
2.3 Replacement of the flap of the cyclone 5 flap valve between the cyclone 5 and
the smoke box. Concrete will be installed in the back of the flap.
Bucket elevator 322 BE01 boot level and rotation sensors will be replaced if

2.5 Flap valve from TAD decanting box to smoke box : An access to this valve will be
installed
2.6 Flap valve from C3 to C5 : Installation of an access to this valve

Cooler TAD hood temporary inspection door will be replaced with a new plate.
