SRC MODULE

To create src.

1. To create src you have to go tourplans and than Standard route chart.

2 Then select Standard route chart and then click on New Fare Chart.
2. Then following page will open.

3. Now to create different SFC combination, user has to click on add.
In Journey Details, for each Combination user has to select a From Town from the dropdown
and a To Town from the dropdown. User cannot select same town name for from town and to
town. Towns listed in From Town and To Town in the dropdown are the unique towns from the
user patch master. Users cannot select town combinations which are already defined in SFC.

4. e.g.
If user travels from Ex-HQ to HQ, then the user has to select the route Lets say if From town is
Andul (Ex-HQ) and To town is Howrah (HQ) . User has to enter the Kilometer in the distance one
way Kms. Based on his to town which is Howrah (HQ), all the doctor and chemist in Howrah
(sum of all the doctors and chemists of all patches related to that town (Howrah) ) town is automatically
displayed in the respective textbox(textbox disabled). Based on to town, type of Coverage (In this
case it is HQ, since Howrah is HQ in users patch master) will automatically appear. User has to select
the FW / Meeting and mode of transport.

5. To create another combination, user has to click again on add.

In journey details, if the required towns are not present in the dropdown. Then the users can create SFC
combination in the other journey details.
6. Once all the SFC combinations are created, the user can save or submit it. If submitted it goes
for two level approvals. The user can add new combinations only after the approval of
previously submitted SFC. Users can save the created combinations, it the user wants to add
more combinations later.

7. Once the users submit the SFC, it is pending with your manager.
8. The manager gets the list of requestors for approval.
9. The manager can view SFC details by clicking on the requestor name.

10. The manager edit/approve/reject/validate the SFC combinations. The status is shown in the
status manager column.

11. If the SFC is approved the status manager column is changed from pending to Approved. If
rejected then the status manager column is changed from pending to Rejected. The manager
then submits the SFC for next level approval.
12. Same way SFC has to be approved by the division wise salesadmins.
