ETM- Electronic Temperature Monitor accepts Pt100 ETM

RTD resistance input from a SINGLE sensor mounted
on Transformer tank and indicates the Top Oil &
Winding Temperature of the transformer. Winding
Temperature of oil-immersed transformers is
calculated from temperature gradient based on CT
Secondary current corresponding to the load current
and the top oil temperature. The CT secondary current,
temperature gradient and thermal time constant
settings are all user configurable. ETM is field
mountable with a rugged IP55 weather proof enclosure.

Features:
l Single sensor to measure Oil temperature and Winding temperature.
l Simple user friendly front panel configuration
l Input : Pt 100 RTD, 3 Wire
l 2 SPDT relay contact outputs for Oil temperature & 2 or 4 SPDT relay contact
outputs for winding temperature with User selectable settings
l The CT secondary current, temperature gradient and thermal time constant
settings are all user configurable
l Two 4 – 20mA dc Analog output for Remote indication (Optional)
l RS 485 Digital communications port (Optional)
l A GREEN LED Indicates that Instrument in program mode.
l A YELLOW LED indicates the Maximum Temperature of OTI & WTI separately.
l A RED LED indicates that the ALARM, TRIP FAN1 or FAN2 is ON respectively.
l If a RTD goes open circuit, it is detected, the displays “OPEN”.
l Universal Power Supply 90-260V AC/DC
l Rugged, Field Mountable IP55 Enclosure

Both ETM & DTM can be provided in

standard 96 x 96mm housing.
DTM DTM4 - Dry Type Temperature Monitor is a sophisticated
Temperature Monitoring system for Dry Type Temperature
Transformers. It accepts inputs from Four Pt 100 RTD
resistance sensors installed in the winding of the dry type
transformer. It displays the measured temperature with
channel number. This Monitor records the maximum
temperature of selected channels and will display the same
when requested by user. Four SPDT relay contact outputs are
provided for Fault, Alarm, Fan, Trip for Temperature control of transformer. These
relays have programmable set points. Relays can be programmed with hysteresis
(time delay) to prevent tripping of transformer due to transient fluctuations causing
false alarm.

Features:
l Input : Four nos. Pt 100 RTD 3 Wire (DIN 43760).
l 3 or 4 SPDT Relay contacts provided with User configurable settings.
l Weather proof case for outdoor services.
l High scanning speed (All 4 channels are scanned in less than 0.5 second)
l RS485 MODBUS RTU (Optional)
l 4 – 20mA Analog o/p for Remote indication
l Five RED LEDs to indicate FAULT, ALARM, TRIP, FAN, Power Status.
l A GREEN LED Indicates that Instrument in program mode.
l Three Yellow LEDs to indicate Auto, Max, Set status.
l If a RTD goes open circuit, it is detected, the displays “OPEN”.
l Universal Power Supply 90-260V AC/DC
l Panel Mountable Enclosure

CCU18
CCU18 is competitively priced Current Convertor unit for
Winding Temperature measurement. The Top Oil
Temperature of Transformer can be measured by our
Pt100 RTD Temperature Sensor which is then connected
to CCU18. The CT Secondary current is also connected
to CCU18. Winding Temperature is calculated by CCU18 based on the Top Oil
Temperature, CT Secondary current (load current) and temperature gradient.
CCU18 provides 2 sets of 4-20mA dc analog output corresponding to this Winding
Temperature. It also has a facility for OPEN sensor indication.
