RESPONSIBILIITES IN MILK PROCURMENT, PLANT OPERATIONS AND INPUT ACTVITIES

 Monitoring and working towards achieving of budgeted procurement meeting the Quantity and Quality
factors.

 Continuous exercise to identify gap centers, new routes and to enhance milk procurement and keep the
transport cost at low level

 Implementation of E&I activities like Conducting health camps, vaccination, deworming, calf rallies and
insurance for cattle & milk producers etc.

 Ensuring timely and correct milk payments to Farmers from Agents.

 Timely Checking of route mileages and reconciliation of cans feed and store materials

 Promotion of cattle feed, Mineral and calcium supplements and propagation of green fodder to ensure
least cost milk production.

 Conducting farmer contact programs to educate about clean milk production, disease prevention
measures, fodder development and to procure Quality Milk.

 Co-ordination with banks and other Finance institutions to get loans for purchase of milch cattle
 Monitoring of plant operations like Vehicle arrivals Preparation of Dock for Milk reception Dumping
timings, power & diesel consumption and man power utilization

 Daily monitoring of tanker movement, procurement Quantities route wise and center wise

 Daily review of tanker acknowledgements & Material Balance of all

breakdowns
