It would greatly assist the Appraisal District to know what damage has not been repaired as of January 1, in appraising your property for 2018. Please provide the following information for consideration. This information may reduce the appraised value on your property for 2018. We require all photos be date stamped (visible on the photo) between December 15, 2017 and February 1, 2018 © Most digital cameras have a date stamp setting, Be sure to input the current date into your camera, ‘© Smartphone photos may require an app to add the date to the photo. Date stamp apps are available for free in Apple's App Store and Google’s Play Store. * Ifyou have a camera that cannot date stamp the photos, include a sign or card with the date the picture was taken placed in the area you will photograph. ‘The first picture must be the outside street view of the property for verification purposes. We ask that you include your name, the address of the property along with a description of what each picture is showing in your e-mail. ‘There is a limit of 15 pictures that can be submitted for each property. Due to the limits on attachment sizes, please lower the resolution of your photos to ensure you can attach all relevant evidence to the email. Submit all information to the appraisal district by February 1, 2018. Create an email, attach the photos, and send it to /ead@suddentinkn A separate e- mail submission is required for each property. All information provided to Victoria CAD will not be returned. Fences and trees are not included in the appraisal of property and should not be reported. ‘The results of this may be included in your 2018 appraisal notice delivered in April, 2018.
