INSTRUCTION : You are require to configure switch and router bassed on the given
network topology
PROCEDURE
STEP KEY POINT
Task 1: Design an IP Step 1: Write the IP address in the Addressing Table for each
addressing scheme devices. Use the below table as references:

Task 2: Prepare the Step 1: Cable a network that is similar to the one in the topology
Network diagram.
Task 3: Perform Basic Step 1: Configure the switches and router according to the
Configurations following guidelines.
• Configure the switch and router hostname.
• Configure banner MOTD for each switch and router
• Configure an EXEC mode password of class.
• Configure a password of cisco for console, telnet/ssh and
auxiliary connections
• Shutdown all switch ports.
Task 4: Configure and Step 1: Configure the Ethernet interfaces on the host PCs.
Activate Ethernet Configure the Ethernet interfaces of PCs with the IP addresses
Interfaces and default gateways listed in the addressing table.
Step 2: Configure access port for user access for each switches.
Assign appropriate data VLAN for each switchport.

Task 7: Configure Step 1: Configure the G0/1 interface on R1 and R2 with three
Router subinterfaces, one for each VLAN identified in the Subinterface
Configuration Table at the beginning of the lab. Configure these
subinterfaces with dot1q encapsulation, and use the first address
in each VLAN subnet on the router subinterface.
Task 8: Configure Step 1: Open the Graphic User Interface(GUI) and set up as
Wireless Router below:
