MEDITATING METHOD

AND IT’S

SEQUENCES
 1. Nature of Pole Star (Polaris)

Even a small amount of poison will be suppressed when it

gets near Pole star. Also Pole star will fuse it and has the
capacity to convert that poison into glorious
light.
Today’s atom bomb and nuclear radioactivity cannot reach
near the pole star, since it will fuse and overpower them.

Even Sun and planets will face death. But Pole star never will
lose it’s glory. It will be for ever. There is no other supreme power
in cosmos to destroy Pole star.

Please make a note that

persons having desires and malignant feelings
cannot access the pole star.
Desire and malignant feelings cannot access persons
who inhale Pole star waves.
 2. Blessings from "First God" (Guru)
First worship your mother and father and get
their blessings. With their grace acquire Guru 's grace.

With his grace meditate. You can easily acquire Pole star’s
glorious light waves.
3. Method to penetrate into Pole star

Bring your eye vision (memory) to “Om

Eswara Gurudeva - our soul” who is in middle
of the eyebrows.
Heap all thoughts and feelings of your body longing to
acquire the great light waves of Pole star.

Feelings are to be piled altogether like a bow and arrow.

Pull gently and pass the piled thought waves to north east direction
through our earth’s north pole. Then pierce the sky targetting
pole star.
Drag and drop from the middle of the eyebrows to Pole star
repeating the above. So all thought waves will directly penetrate
into Pole star.
4 . We will gain glorious bluish violet
waves of Pole star

For example, if we touch and play a musical instrument,

sound will come. It will vibrate in waves. There will be some
frequency how it is vibrated.
Similarly, when our thought waves knock pole star
it will create vibration - “echo”.
So in return of that, we will receive bluish violet waves
impacting our middle of eye brows (our soul) from Pole star.

Due to the magnetic power of our soul, pole

star waves will come continiously.

Thus, if we repeatedly drag and drop our thought waves from

eyebrows to Pole star, like bow and arrow then it will create
resonance.
 So like a Radio/TV station a frequency will be set. This will
be a direct link to our soul and Pole star to access.
Like a “welding arc” our soul will be glowing by
the powerful waves of Pole star.

Now we may feel little pressure in the middle of eyebrows.

We can see or realize the waves of Pole star coming to us.

Our soul will pull Pole star waves like “jiv., jiv..,” and get
dissolved as saliva in our mouth. This can be easily felt.

The dissolved saliva is highly nutritious and

antibiotic.
5. Connect Pole star waves to facade of
all our body cells

Likewise we have to descent all the glorious waves

throughout our body from Pole star, by longing to our soul Eswara.
 Around 5 to 6 liters of blood is circulating in our body.
Circulate pole star glorious waves into the blood stream.

There are crores of life atoms in our blood. Without our

knowledge some souls may also be in the blood.

Pole star waves pulled through our soul are to be injected

to the facade of all body cells and souls by the
help of our eyes. Now our blood stream completely gets filled with
Pole star waves.

Pole star waves in the blood will make all body cells to
function in an unique manner. That means all the bad deeds will be
suppressed and isolated. All atoms will function with love
and affection.
Again from the middle of the eyebrows knock Pole star like
an arrow and inhale the great waves of it.

The inhaled pole star waves may be spreaded to all organs of

our body namely, small and big intestines, pancreas, lever, lungs,
kidneys, heart, iris in our eyes, nervous system, skeleton system,
costa, costalcartilage, muscular system and skin.

This spreading may be easily carried with the memory of our

eyes, connecting all the cells to Pole star by longing to soul -
Eswara.

Now all our body cells will function in control with our soul
Eswara. That means all our cells will be alive with our soul
“Eswara’s” magnetic attraction.
 6. Method to bring Pole star waves into our
“Atma” (MEDITATING METHOD)

The sequence of meditation is as follows.

Repeatedly reminding our thinking

1. from our middle of the eyebrows “Eswara” to Pole star,
2. pulling and breathing the glorious waves from Pole star
through soul Eswara
3. connecting the pole star waves to all our body cells by
memory of eyes,
4. then longing to Eswara all these power to be acquired
completely.

So like a circulation, starting from Eswara middle of

eyebrows and completing again with Eswara, Pole Star waves
revolve in and around our body like magnetic induction.

Due to this induction,
start emerging from our body.
 The pole star “odor” which is emanating from our body will
tear “all our previous birth evil deeds”. They will be pushed out
from our gravitational circle.

The magetic waves (our breath waves) around body is our

attraction cirlce. It is “Atma".
In our daily life we see so many things both good and bad
from morning to night. Our eyes capture all good and bad and
record it inside our chest bones (costa) as seeds.

When it is recorded inside the bone, the magnetic power of

our eyes will attract the fragrance of what we have seen and bring
them into our attraction circle, “atma”.

Those fragrances enter into our circle are only inhaled

by us through the nose. That means anything when it
comes inside our atma can be inhaled. We cannot inhale the waves
out of our atma.

The inhaled waves will hit our soul. Our soul in turn amplify
those waves into appropriate perceptions. Accordingly our body
execute the actions. This is how we are speaking and acting
physically.

When we inhale good then it will be good

deeds.
When bad waves are inhaled then bad deeds are the result.

The bad and evil things which come into our atma, if they are
not cleaned and removed then venomous atoms will grow in our
body.
 For the survival of those atoms, our soul will help to pull the
venomous waves from earth’s atmosphere as food and feed them.

Venomous atom will start eating our good cells and they will
spread throughout our body. At this juncture we will become sick.
All our good atoms will get suffered.

So we need to stop this or not?

Atma cleansing is needed or not?
Think while.

As a cleansing process, meditating method and its sequence

is stated here. By meditating in this method, the pole star waves
will purify our atma.

Whenever we meet bad we have to meditate on Pole star. By

doing so, pole stsar waves will get filled in our attraction circle.

This will be a big protection for our soul. No

evil things can enter into our zone.
7 . Start living in Pole star great circle
Therefore when you add pole star power in your body,
the fragrance emanating from you
will be able to win all the poisons (venom).
So breathe Pole star power through your soul (in between
eyebrows) and practice it in your life regularly. This will make all
your body atoms to glow in harmony with your soul.

Nothing can harm your soul. Pole star waves will remote the
all bad and evil things. Then your life will be in the pole star
protected circle.

No more birth in this earth.

This is the last birth.

Pole star is our target. All the fragrances of pole star will get
automatically coated with soul by continuous inhaling.

As a result, our soul (Eswara) will enhance us to reach Pole

star destination with him whenever we leave from this body.

We go there and live a blissful life, where already

crores and crores of great sages live as everlasting stars. We also
become stars like Pole star.

This is the final and firm path that every people

in mother earth can easily achieve.

Yes, this is possible for mankind.

assist you to proceed in this divine life.
