AA Nathaniel

We all know that everything in this Universe is energy, even our bodies. Our thoughts feelings and emotions
too are energy, at varying frequencies, or speeds at which they vibrate. We also know, as proved by medical
science, that all the cells in our body keep dying and are replaced by new cells. Body is of energy, and energy
is being changed, what does all this mean! It means that since everything is energy, and energy cannot stay
still or confined, it has to move, and if it moves, there has to be a change. The change could be either way,
good or bad. Change must happen.

When change happens, like we said, it could be good or bad. What it is, is entirely one’s own perception, one’s
own thinking, one’s own way of looking at things and situations. What may be good for one, may not be so for
another. Eg. Those of us living in tropical countries, where the weather is usually warm to hot, if asked to move
to a country closer to the North Pole during their winter season, when temperatures go to quite a few notches
below freezing point, they will say it’s a punishment for them, so not good. Yet those living in those areas will
be happy to be able to enjoy the additional snow and cold. See, same place, two different reactions for the
same situation.

Change will happen, you simply can’t wish it away. Energy being in constant motion, it will bring about change
for you, for like that saying goes, ‘the old gives way to the new’. If life were to become stagnant, life will end!
Don’t we also wish to have some change in our daily routine and life?
When these changes take place, we also need to change our thought pattern. We need to shift from our
‘comfort zone’, the area where we had become comfortable letting things happen by itself, being so used to it
happening. These sudden changes, at times, seem to overwhelm us, leaving us dazed. We tend to resist these
changes, for many of us it may be difficult to face up to the new situation.

It is in times like these that we need someone to come forward and help us, hold our hands and tell us “It is
safe and proper to move ahead, without fear,” and such a person from the Angelic realm is a lesser known
Archangel, whose name means “Gift of God”, Archangel Nathaniel.
Why do we fear change? Where and how do these changes happen in our lives? Most start from a desire or
wish, which are shown to you in your dreams. We all love dreaming, for dreams are just that, dreams. They
aren’t reality, no matter how they come to us. Yes, at times when we do get scared, we just let them pass as
figments of our imagination. Then, we have to remember that these dreams are but a reflection of our desires,
thoughts and emotions, and when they get strong enough, they manifest themselves, whether we are prepared
for it or not at that moment.
Archangel Nathaniel works on the belief, which today is known as the Law of Attraction and the Law of Karma,
that what you give out comes back to you, the Law of Cause and Effect. Just like the laws, as we know it today
knows no restrictions as to time and space, Archangel Nathaniel will do just that for you when called on. He
takes charge of all activities in your life related to changes taking place and guides you when called on for help.
He helps by bringing about balance, harmony and trust by connecting you to the spirit realm and gives you a
sense of inner peace and confidence.
He is a healer, who sends his healing energy to transform and transmute any negative energy associated with
the things you want to change. Nathaniel is also referred to as the Angel of Energy, Angel of Purification, Angel
of Divinity and Angel of Life Purpose. Unlike AA Raphael, who is also a healer dealing with the emotional and
physical aspects of your well-being, Nathaniel works on the third level, the spiritual level mainly.
Since all the other names attributed to Nathaniel indicate cleaning away energies by destroying them, one
needs to use a strong source of such energy, and what better than fire? Nathaniel resonates with the energies
of this element, fire. He burns away any misconceptions or fears we may have during a process of change. As
he is able to burn out all these negative emotions, he encourages us to maintain a strong belief and faith in our
dreams and desires, and helps them manifest them in our lives. Often, like we said earlier here, we treat our
dreams as mere figments of our imagination, but they are our aspirations, and Nathaniel teaches and helps us
to believe in them. He helps ignite the passion within to follow these dreams and desires to fulfilment.
As dreams and desires come from the heart, this is the energy centre one needs to work on. Heart centre being
the centre of emotions, one needs to bring them into sync with their desires. How can you desire to have a BIG
car and at the same time worry about where to park it and how to meet the running expenses? Two
contradictions, going in two different directions, keeping you just where you are now. Bring them into sync, both
going in the same direction, and bravo! You have hit the jackpot! Nathaniel, working on the Heart Chakra with
the fire element, helps here.
As energy healers will testify to this fact, when a healing session is done, they remove the negative energy or
blocks which prevent physical wellbeing. Nathaniel, also does the same, removing the negative energies which
hold you back from manifesting your dreams and desires. Thus, he loves Lightworkers, as energy workers are
also known as, helps keep them grounded, for some tend to fly off when they succeed in helping someone, and
even guides them to step out and share their spiritual abilities with the world. He works to bring all such
Lightworkers together, connected with each other in some way, so that they come heal, help and protect the
planet.
For those who are prone to procrastination, which many of us are, Nathaniel helps by encouraging you with an
infusion of extra energy, enthusiasm and passion. Procrastination is usually because we fear the end result of
the work in hand, or put it off just not having the push within us to complete it, be it because of lack of energy or
just simple lack of interest. Nathaniel can be called on to help with getting your focus back to your thoughts and
emotions, bring about a change in them where needed, and develop a clarity of mind.
When it comes to making life choices, Nathaniel offers guidance with all the options available, changes your

Meditation with Archangel Nathaniel –
Centre yourself first by putting your feet firmly on the ground, sit with your back straight and repeat out loud
“one love” X 3 times, breathing in and out. Deep breath in, breathing in the Angel’s love. Then breathe out the
tension in your body, all your worries and concerns, allow the Angels to carry away your tension. Once you are
relaxed, say:
Dear Archangel Nathaniel ,Please help me to maintain a strong belief in my dreams and help me manifest them
on the earth-plane. Please also help me to connect with my personal power , follow my heart’s desires ,do what
I love and to embrace and follow my life or soul purpose. Please help me to remain grounded during meditation
and while I am doing any kind of spiritual work and use all my gifts and talents to help myself and others.
Please also help me to overcome obstacles and help me to see the Divine spark inside me and anyone else.
Please help me to discern between things that enlighten, inspire and encourage me and things that distract me.
Please also help me to focus my thoughts and emotions, bringing clarity to both and release things which no
longer positively serve me – on any level – with love and gratitude and embrace new experiences and

AA Sandalphon

We now come to the study of the last of the known Archangels. There could be many more, not known to
humans, and hopefully they will reveal themselves to us when the time is right for them to make their presence
known and felt.

In the study of the Archangels, we had seen that the names of all of them, save for that of Metatron, ended with
‘el’, meaning messenger of God. Metatron, as we studied was once a prophet who walked the Earth and was
elevated to the Archangel realm for his work here. Sandalphon is also known as the twin brother of AA
Metatron, and some even believe that it is the feminine aspect of Metatron.

Sandalphon is said to be so tall that it takes a 500 year journey on foot to measure him from toe to head, and it
is also said that when he stands up, with his feet on Earth, his head reaches Heaven.

For their good work on Earth and on their ascension to the Angelic realm, while Metatron was given the task of
guarding and working with the Universal energies and guarding the secrets of the Universe, Sandalphon was
given the task of taking care of the very bottom of the Tree of Life, and without his permission you cannot move
up. This means that he is the guardian of the earth and the ruler of this kingdom, bringing harmony to the
natural elements. Thus when you need to ground yourself, something which Lightworkers do regularly, call on
him for help. Grounding means connecting to earth, and for that we need roots, like trees and plants. Thus,
Sandalphon is closely associated with the Root Chakra.

Communication requires a medium. When letter writing was the norm, we needed the postman to carry our
letters for delivery and to bring the replies back. Today we need the telephone connection and wireless
communication equipment to do that for us. How do we connect with the Divine? Religion says that all we need
to do is sit in silence, think of Him, and we can connect with Him directly. Agreed, without doubt that is the only
way, still you need someone to lay the cables and take care that the messages you send and the replies which
come back travel to and fro properly. Sandalphon is the person entrusted with this task. It is he who carries our
prayers, wishes, requests, messages to the Universe and brings back the replies for us. Sandalphon assures
us that all our prayers, be they within the religious rules or outside it, are all honoured and heard by the Divine.
All that he asks us to do is to open our heart, mind and spirit to the Divine, and once that is done all the beings
from the angelic realms join together to carry our prayers to where they need to go. There is no prayer which is
too large or insignificant. You don’t need a language or dogma to pray. There is nothing formal or informal, any
language will do. They all receive due consideration.

When Sandalphon speaks to us, he does so softly, that if we are not paying attention we may miss it. He
communicates through words or music, which we may hear in our minds. Hence, when invoking Sandalphon,
be aware of all that is happening within and around you, for these could come from anywhere.

Since Sandalphon speaks in music notes, he is said to be a guide for musicians too. He particularly helps those
who create music, or music and sound therapy as a mode of healing. Musicians are very friendly in nature, and
with Sandalphon being a patron of music he too is very friendly in nature.

When you receive an inspiration to do something for planet Earth, know it is AA Sandalphon, along with AA
Ariel, who is inspiring you to start work. He does it because having lived on this planet, as a human, he knows
what is needed to take care and guides you to doing all that.

Humans, by nature are very emotional, and at times the emotions range from being very strong to just
unaffected. Either way, we feel, is taking things to the extreme. One needs to be balanced in their approach to
everything in life, and emotions play a very important role in one’s evolution through the various stages of life.
We often get involved with what we see superficially in a situation, without bothering to go deep and
understand what the truth is. This is what we humans sometimes term as immaturity. Sandalphon, when called
upon, helps us see a situation from a matured level to avoid pitfalls by taking rash decisions. In short, he helps
you be more gentle.
An Affirmation to Archangel Sandalphon
“Dear Archangel Sandalphon, I ask that you channel the harmonious and healing music of the spheres through
my voice and instruments.”

If you have a prayer (wish) that you urgently want answered, call upon Archangel Sandalphon by thinking of

Prayer for AA Sandalphon

Dear AA Sandalpon, please show me how to present my prayers to God in creative ways through music. Music
resonates so deeply in my soul that it helps me access and express my deepest thoughts and feelings. It's a
universal language that transcends words, making it possible for me to say anything -- even something I can't
find the right words to say — when I Pray. Sometimes I'm going through stress that's so overwhelming or
worries that are so challenging that I can't articulate my prayers in verbal form well. But through music, I can
express myself, and God will hear and respond to my musical prayers.

Since you help lead the other angels to use music well when praising and worshiping God in heaven, teach me
how to worship God well through music. Encourage me to praise God in any kind of circumstances -- during
both good times and bad times -- because God is worthy of praise not just for what he does for me (when he
sends me blessings) but also for who he is (a heavenly Father whose love for me is constant and
unconditional).

As I faithfully praise God no matter what, I use the experience to help me grow spiritually, trusting that God will
always do what's best for me when I connect to him musically in prayer.
As I feel changing emotions throughout each day -- from peace and joy to anger and sorrow -- urge me to use
music as a tool to express those emotions to God, so my perspective will change and I can see my life from the
viewpoint of God’s unchanging truth, which is more reliable than my temporary feelings.
Harmony is an essential part of music. Help me balance every part of my life in a harmonious way that
promotes my well-being and elevates the vibrational frequency of my energy so I can grow closer to God.
Motivate me to give various different kinds of music a try, to enrich my life to the fullest. Encourage me to enjoy
listening to such musical genres as pop, rock, classical, country, jazz, hip hop, reggae, electronic, folk, soul,
trance, show tunes, and progressive styles. As I listen, use the experiences to expand my mind, realizing that
each style reflects a part of God's creative energy that you help manifest in physical form on Earth.
Guide me to figure out the best ways to incorporate music into my busy schedule. Perhaps I could listen to
music while I'm driving, sing in the shower, or stream music online while I'm doing household chores. Show me
creative ways to make music a regular part of every day.
Help me use the musical talents that God has given me to make music that can bless other people. Show me
how I might sing in a choir, for instance, or play a musical instrument (piano, guitar, cello, trumpet, or drums, or
any other instrument of my choice) for other people's enjoyment and edification.
No matter how I express myself best musically, encourage me to enjoy music and use it to grow closer to God
