DragonRP-Reform Update

I ASK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU GUY'S TO READ THIS

COMPLETLY AND CAREFULY!

First this is a basic and informative wordpad for you guy's the
Staff...about the upcoming and definitely update's that were approved
by You guys and Impossible Surviving & Richard Winter's...and will be
added on the DragonRP Unturned server starting with the date of
01/1/2018.

Discord Update's:

1. Some useless Text/Voice Channel's will disappear and will be replaced by the Upcoming Channel's:
--First this is an little Hint for the staff,Channel's like ''Head Admin Place'' or ''Head Developer'' for
example will cease to exists and will be replaced with 3 Voice Channel for saving Discord space.

2.Starting with the new Update we will have new STAFF RULES that will gonna need to be followed
without any questioning,failing to follow this rules and abusing ''admin'' power's will result in :

-Verbal Warning first mistake

-Verbal Warning/1 warning in-game second mistake.

-Verbal Warning/1 warning in-game,24 hour's rank taken away,and a staff strike third mistake.

-Verbal Warning/1 warning in-game,Rank taken away,player banned from the server.

-An 5th mistake doesnt exist's,if you got here it's clear that you are an unworthy and not serious guy that
doesnt have a space in our STAFF...i dont want anyone to get even at the third Verbal Warning so please
respect the Server,Rules,and the player's...the punishment's will be given only by the Head Admin+ for
avoind the Desire of Power from the lower grade's of the Staff.

Action's that need's to be avoided for not getting in the situation of getting an Verbal Warning coming
from a Senior rank of the Staff are:

Dissrespect and Racisism toward's an member of the Staff or to a

player will result directly to an Verbal Warning.

Any argue between STAFF-STAFF or STAFF-Player will be punished on

the both side's,so try to avoid and stay on you're seat(An little add
here for some of you guy's,The argue's beetween me and Impossible
are something different we both have different point of views that's our
problem...and im not saying that punishment's will not gonna be
applyed on our side too,but yea i think you guy's got my ideea.)

Abusing the power's of you're rank will be result in First : Rank Taken
away...without any right of getting it back until you are being
questioned.
Second time caught abusing will result directly in Rank Taken away
forever without any right of being in STAFF again.

Fuckery and Mass-Item & Vehicle Spawning will need to cease,i

understand you guy's want to have a little fun,but you need to
understand that trought spawning item's and vehicles you cause
unwanted problem's to the server and to the player's.

Now on the Unturned server side...3 faction's will exists:

-Military (Leaded by BloodyAssault & Impossible Surviving &

Richard Winter's as second Leader)

-Police(Curently the most worthy staff member's to be inside

the Police are Mirek,Tohka,Arms Dealer)

-Mafia(Leaded by Klazzie)

Of course the Leading of the Faction's is something to be

disscused still.

Now you wonder why only 3 faction's?...Military and Mafia will

be rival's all day long,still war's and fight's beetween the
Member's of this two faction's will gonna be applyed only with
the approvement's beetween the Leader's of the respective
faction's...The Both faction's will be balanced in a way that
Mafia and Military to have a chance of killing each other and
not having an Faction more powerfull than the other,still this is
something to be disscused.

Police is something else,the Police Faction will be a little

sophisticated will have 3 part's,SWAT,FBI and the Police
Department itself,now of course we will gonna have the
police'd very balanced and im gonna try to create it in a way to
not be boring and all day long to have a Roleplay Situation to
play..anytime.

Suggestion's for the Faction's coming from my side are:

-Making an Age restriction of 13 year's old to the Faction's.

-Before entering an faction you need to pass a tryout.

-Any inactive player to be kicked after 3 day's.

-Any Faction to have a member limit of 10-15 on each faction.

-Any Argueing beetween two member's of the same faction or

for example Mafia and Military the both of them to be kicked
our instantly from the Faction.

Now a serious thing,if we are gonna try to

create an Serious Roleplay...i think you
guy's need to know what and each faction
does,it seems that on those 3 Month's the
server was open,the thing with the
Faction's was very messy.
MILITARY
A military is a force authorised to use
lethal or deadly force and weapons to
serve and protect the RP Town...now
Military will have some restriction's and
special created kit's for ''city''
bussines...when you are in in the city for
example you are not allowed to use
you're WAR KIT,but on the other side you
are gonna be allowed to use an secondary
kit more like a civilian but still Military
themed...this will help avoiding fire
fight's beetween Player's or Mafia with
the Military.
Military are gonna be allowed to use
Deadly force only when is
necesary...using deadly force will be used
on defending the city and NOT in personal
problems or causing KOS.
Any Member of the Military will gonna be
asked to follow strictly and without
questioning the Faction rule's...any
mistake will be registered and at 3
mistake's inside the respective faction
will result in a Kick-Out from the
Faction...the rule's are gonna be on the
Official Military Discord.
POLICE
Police will have the duty to maintain
peace inside the RPTOWN...you guy's are
on the charge inside the city,the duty of
being an police will be simple maintain
peace,stop and block riot's and crime
spree's...an list with fine's for different's
action's commited by player's for bad

Driving without a license - $500
Stealing a vehicle - $1000, 30 months jail

Driving at night without headlights - $100
Speeding in a town - $200
Running a stop sign - $30
Driving off road - $150 fine

directly with Klazzie and Impossible
Surviving because Mafia is a more
complicated Faction to set up.

More Server Update's

New Rules that will result in a more Serious RP
server mood.
Rules Like:

ARRESTS
If police are stopping you, you must listen to
their orders. If you attempt to fight the officer,
they may kill you.
If you raise your hands at ANY time with the
police after you, you have surrendered. If you
do this, you cannot run or resist arrest
anymore.
If you run from an officer, they can shoot a
warning shot. If you keep running, they can
shoot you in the leg. If you continue running,
you may be killed.
Warrants issued for crimes valued of over $300
in fines may continue even after your arrest.
If you have a bandanna on, and you surrender,
you must take the bandanna off.
When you are arrested, you MUST drop all of
your items once you are told to. If you keep
any items, it is FailRP and is bannable.
Upon death, you will still be hunted by the
police until you serve your time.
You may be arrested if you own police gear.
You may not log off during an arrest. Doing so
will result in a ban.
If a cop is within melee distance of you, you
are considered arrested and cannot run.

BUILDING
Player's are not allowed to build bases or
place random plate's around the map
even if are inside theyre own propriety's
if they are made in a joke way...they
gonna need to bring a little 1% of
creativity on everything they gonna do.
Vehicles have build limits. All that you
can place on a vehicle are 4 rifle racks
and 2 Locker's. If you do more, all
barricades will be removed from your
vehicle.
Generator's cannot be leaved open during
day time,any generator caught open
during day time is gonna get destroyed.

CHAT
You may only speak English in chat.
No Racisism or Argue's beetween player's
in the World Chat or trought Microphone.
No Bullying.
No Off-topic disscusion.
You cannot do illegal things in world chat.
You must talk to that person in area or
voice.
Do not mic spam, troll, spam, or type in
all caps.
People who do not have mics must still be
treated like everyone else

Another Rule's
You may not leave your car in the street,
or it will be towed (destroyed).
You may not interact with vehicles or
structures that aren't yours.
No glitching of any kind is allowed. If it is
not supposed to naturally happen, do not
do it.
You must wear a bandanna if you are
participating in ANY crime related
activities. This includes producing or
selling berries, robbing, and more.
You may not pick up any items that do not
belong to you.
When you die, you forget everything that
happened, so you cannot get involved
again upon respawning.
You may not impersonate other players
on the server.

IMPORTANT RULE
Metagaming is against the rules.
Giving other players information that your
character would not be able to have
through death. Sharing information with
players through Steam in order to gain an
advantage or tell them something crucial.
Using outside information to influence the
RP. For example, if a police officer gets
roadkill, he personally cannot respawn
and put out a warrant for the arrest of
said killer. Also metagaming is things like
watching a players stream for the
purposes of finding and killing him.
THIS IS A BANNABLE OFFENSE ANNY
PLAYER CAUGHT DOING THIS WILL GONNA
BE WARNED OR IN A SPECIAL CASE
BANNED.
