SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MELILEO A. BONGCO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Ulyses Odyssey Extension, Tandang
City, Manay, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, my wife, FAITH RINETH K. BONGCO
likewise of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Barangay North Poblacion, La Luces, Manay Oriental,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the
following:

1. To secure the original copy of my Board Certificate from the Professional Regulation
Commission, Regional Office VI- Iloilo City.

2. To secure an Authenticated copy (Red Ribbon) of the same.

3. To EXECUTE and SIGN any and all other documents in relation to the above mentioned
powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform
all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do, if personally present, with full powers of substitution and revocation,
