(Method to reflect the experience as a nurse in Indonesia to the amount of salary, etc.)
Our institution will reflect the candidate’s nursing experiences (the number of years of
experience) in Indonesia in their salaries at our institution, which is the same rule for
Japanese nurses. We will subsidize all the expense for necessary external on-the-job
training (OJT), including the participation fee, traveling expense, and accommodation
fee. We will also make considerations if the candidate wishes to voluntarily participate
in a training program or in a self-study program, such as allowing them to use paid
holiday for participating in these programs.
Other Descriptions

Our institution has various departments, providing medical care not only for specialized
areas such as neurological disorders, including apoplexy, Parkinson’s disease, and
backaches; but also those areas that family doctors would engage in, including
respiratory, cardiovascular, and digestive disorders, and various kinds of testing such as
gastric endoscope and colonoscopy. The institution has only 44 beds for patients, but it
also has a health care facility for the elderly requiring long-term care, and provides
various logistical supports including day care and home-visit nursing care. For new staff
members, we introduce the Preceptor System. Experienced nurses will instruct new
nurses individually and systematically according to their levels of experiences and their
Comments abilities.
