A team of staff members belonging to this desk assists students and guides them for all their concerns with the relevant information and needed help. This help desk functions for students from 3" January, 2018 onwards. Hall tickets downloaded from the website do not require any attestation. The Library will remain open from 8.00 A.M to 10.00 P.M on all working days, for all the students. ‘Students can submit the online request for casual/medical leave to maximum number of 8 days through secured student web portal in our website(www.sathyabama.ac.in.) ‘Students who have End-semester examinations in the afternoon session should reach the campus at least one hour before the commencement of examination. However, students are encouraged to reach the ‘campus in the morning by the institution bus. Students who appear for the arrear examination may leave the examination hall after one hour of ‘commencement of the examination Composition of Final Semester academic Project Team shall be flexible, i.e., the team shall be constituted across the school as per the academic interest of the student. Usage of mobile phone during examination time, library hours, lecture hours, laboratory and placement training sessions is not permitted. ‘Summer or Winter internship is mandatory for every student starting from 2™ year onwards. Internship shall be enrolled by the student during vacation time only. Attendance will be taken during every lecture/practical hour specified as per the time table. Any student falls sick, should take permission from the staff handling class and immediately report to the “Student Help Desk’ for arranging the necessary medical help.
