Program Vision
To develop a basketball program that is respected within the conference, region, and state
“ONE IN, ALL IN!”
Basketball Philosophy
We believe basketball is an extension of the classroom. We treat the responsibility of leading a
program, and players very seriously. We believe in using the basketball court to teach life
lessons and stress the value in becoming and continuing to be a life-long learner. To build a
program it will require discipline, dedication, character, and high expectations of the head coach,
coaching staff, and players. Winning games will be the expectation, however it will not be the
only way we measure our success. True success will be determined long after a player leaves our
program. It will be measured by the habits our players develop and display in the community, at
home, and wherever their life leads them.
