How Physical Exercise help?

Physical Exercise or Activity can help in our daily life. It can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight
loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Physical Activity like jogging, running, swimming or even brisk walking. This made me ask myself how exercise had
helped them in their daily routine and if there was relation to healthy eating. You may also feel better about your
appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently,
and when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores. Exercise may block negative
thoughts or distract people from daily worries.

Exercising with others provides an opportunity for increased social contact. Increased fitness may lift your mood and
improve sleep patterns. Exercise may also change levels of chemicals in your brain, such as serotonin, endorphins and
stress hormones.

The Physical Exercise develops not only body organs but also helps getting joy and happiness of mind and achieving
social values.

Physical Activity have many benefits that our body needed first thing is the Development of limbs. Along with this
physical development it refreshes our mind. As a result, the strength and endurance of body increases the power of
immunity. It empowers heart and increases its activities.

Second, Removes monotony during study. Study in the classroom for a long time makes students tired and
monotonous. Games and sports remove monotony, fatigue of the students and bring freshness in them. This diversion
makes them attentive to study.

Third, Balanced development of nerves and muscles. During childhood the body organs grow very quickly. It's
necessary to do the exercise of all the limbs and organs of the body one after another. For example, exercise of the
hands will make the hands strong. Similarly exercise of legs will develop leg muscles and will make it powerful. That is
why an integrated programme of exercise should be taken for a balanced development of body.

Fourth, Leading disciplined life. Sense of discipline and leadership qualities, are practiced among students by taking
physical exercise regularly. As a result students may maintain discipline in daily life. And the last one is the, Acquiring
social values.

Physical activity fits for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities from being physically active. THE MORE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
YOU DO, THE GREATER HEALTH BENEITS YOU GAIN.
