 The Upside Down House is one of six such as houses in the world as
three houses were built in Europe and another in Japan.

The house was designed by Alexander Yee and it looks like it had been
turned upside down with a traditional architure. The house was 1500sq ft

down house.

Regular exercise can help to protect us from heart disease, stroke, high blood
pressure, obesity, back pain and osteoporosis. It also helps us to improve our
mood and manage stress better.

Physical activities burn calories, so the more you get up and move, the more
