Mazinoor design team work diligently to design the luminaires based on Mazinoor R&D developments and design the tooling for each
piece and part of the luminaires. Advanced drawing and analytic software tools are utilized by design experts in accordance with the lighting
norms. A variety of tooling for various luminaire parts made by cutting, punching, metal forming, high pressure and low pressure aluminium
die-casting, plastic injection, plastic blow moulding, plastic and aluminium extrusion, spinning, and glass forging.

Power reduction system for Street light and Industrial HID Luminaires:
It is recommended to decrease the energy consumption of street light after mid-night (low traffic hours), to save energy and protect the
natural resources.
Mazinoor products with Power Reduction System (PRS) brought following advantages:

As a market oriented organization, Mazinoor is always open to produce customized products requested by customers. In case of any inquiry,

Technical modification request:
Mazinoor adapts its products according to the environmental situations or installation method requested by customers. The structure or
components of the luminaires can be reviewed as a feasibility study by consideration of conformity with the related norms and standards
and time and price differences shall be quoted on a case basis. The following are some of customized products requested from by
customers during past years:
• Luminaires using special electronic ballast/driver (Dimmable, DALI, etc.)

• Luminaires with higher protection levels
• Luminaires to be used in higher ambient temperatures
• Luminaires to be used in special environmental conditions
• Luminaires with customized dimensions
• Luminaires with clear or matt louvre and diffuser
• Luminaires suitable for special false-ceilings
Specifications of Mazinoor using electronic ballasts:
• Power factor minimum 95%

• Lamps ignition mechanism with electrode warm up (for warm-start ballasts) to increase
the life cycle of lamp for more than 50% (Figure 1)
• Over-voltage protection (protection against 320VAC for 48 hours and also, 350VAC for
2 hours)
• End of life protection (EOL) to cut the electricity till lamp replacement
• Constant luminous flux and power consumption during voltage fluctuations (Figure 2)
• Without harsh electrical harmonics of network in accordance to electromagnetic
standards EMC (EN 61547 / EN55015 / EN61000-3-2)
• Lamp ignition at very low ambient temperature (As low as -20ºC)
• A2 EEI Class (according to CELMA classification)

in which a digital signal is used to multilateral control of 1... 10V

• No need for a special data cable. 5-wire standard cable is
usable (for data and supply).

to the central control system by 2-wire cable only and can be L1, L2, L3

can be can be changed with changing the wiring.
• Reports for checking the status of control system and its
connected components
