Introduction
The aim of this document is inform to Sandbox users how to download the necessary software
to work in Accenture global training platform.

Accenture global training platform is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud network.

To connect to any Sandbox environment, is mandatory connect to AWS platform through

SOPHOS vpn.

All software required for sandbox purposes is hosted also in AWS Storage (S3).

Login Instructions
Navigate to the AWS login site Click here

Enter login credentials:

Account sap-internal-training
User name sap.download

Password (case User credentials are

sensitive) posted here

Choose Sign in

Do not close the tab or your browser.

Go to Download section and use the
appropriate links (New tab will be
opened)

NOTE – if Chrome is not your default browser, you will need to copy and paste the
links into Chrome.
SOPHOS
Download SOPHOS software

Click on “Sophos_VPN.zip” file and Choose Download in the new window

Once the file is saved, unzip the file. Right click over the file and “Extract here”

Install SOPHOS software (only for windows)
Once the file is unzipped, go to folder “Sophos_VPN” and execute the file

The installer will start to run

Next->Accept License terms

Find Traffic light at the right of tour task bar:
Right click-> Connect

User: Training

Password: Training

You’re green, you’re in!

SOPHOS common issues

If you can’t connect correctly through SOPHOS VPN and you receive a screen similar to any of
the following ones:

Please follow these steps:

1.- Open the task manager

2.- In the “processes” tab search for openvpn* processes

3.- End all process starting with openvpn*

4.- In the “services” tab, click button services, stop “Pulse Secure” and restart “WLAN
AutoConfig” and “WWAN AutoConfig”

Note: Only if you connect to Wi-Fi through Pulse Secure, follow steps 5 and 6

5. – Once you are connected, disable all proxys.

6. – Go to Windows Services and search for “Pulse Secure Network Service”. Then stop it.
7.- Check if you have the following connection enabled

Go to: Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter settings

You must have a similar connection like this (TAP-Window Adapter V9)

 If the connection is disabled, enable it (Right click -> Enable)

 If the connection is enabled, disable it and afterwards enable it again (Right click ->
Disable / Enable)

8. – Connect to Sophos VPN using “Training” credentials with “Run as Administrator” option.

If this not solve your issue, please follow these steps:

Open a command prompt

Start  Run  CMD

And type ping 52.16.73.192

If “Request timed out” message appears, you must contact with your local support
(https://support.accenture.com ) because you have network problems and we don’t manage
it.

Download the SAPGUI7 installation files and Choose Download in the new window:

NOTE: You must download all three files and save them to the same directory, e.g.
c:\data.

Install software
SAPGUI
Go to C:\data\SAPGUI_7.4\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32
Find and double click on SetupAll.exe

Select all and Next

HANA Studio & Hana Client
Install SAP HANA Studio
Navigate to: c:/data/SAP_HANA_STUDIO, right click and run as Administrator on
hdbsetup.exe

 Click the Next Button.

 Click the Install Button.

  Please wait as the installation continues.

Click ‘Allow access’ button in the Windows Security Alert dialog.

 Click the Finish Button. Installation complete.
Install SAP HANA Client
 Navigate to: c:/data/SAP_HANA_CLIENT right click and run as Administrator on
hdbsetup.exe

 Click the Install Button.

 Please wait as installation continues.

 Click the Finish Button. Installation is complete.

Test the Installation
Perform the following to confirm installation was successfully completed.

 Go to Start -> All Programs -> SAP HANA -> SAP HANA Studio

 SAP HANA Studio will start and the following screen will appear.
Add the HANA System to the Studio.

 Click in the Open Administration Console of previous screen

  Right click in the Navigator Pane and select Add System

Next

User and password.

Click Finish

Change your password.

Double click on H01
