HCA/HealthONE's The Medical Center of Aurora Names New Associate Chief

Nursing Officer

Aurora, CO, January 04, 2018 --(PR.com)-- HCA/HealthONE's The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA)
and Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital announced that Lesley G. Rehak MSN, RN, CCRN-CSC, will be
joining the organization as Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO). Her new role is effective January 8,
2018.

Rehak comes to Aurora from Allegheny Health Network - Forbes Hospital, a 349-bed Level II Trauma
Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she's served as the Director of Nursing for Critical Care and
The Cardiovascular Institute since 2014. Prior to her Director role at Forbes, she held various nursing
leadership roles including Nurse Manager of Cardiothoracic ICU, Medical Surgical ICU, Progressive
Care Unit and Vascular Access Team.

Rehak has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years. She received her Diploma in Nursing from Western
Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in from Pennsylvania
State University, and her Masters of Science in Nursing Administration from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania.

At TMCA, Rehak's responsibilities will include oversight of TMCA's cardiac tower and three inpatient
units, driving the overall strategic plan for nursing services, overseeing the hospital's patient satisfaction
initiatives, helping drive the organization's effort to achieve Magnet® re-designation in 2018, patient
care, and daily nursing operations at all five TMCA campuses.
