Rules and Regulations

1) By registering participants (Participants) are agreeing to these Rules and Regulations.

2) Participants must be aged 18 years and above.
3) Registration will be on a “first come first served” basis.
4) The Participant must submit to the Organiser by the stated deadline his/her full name,
identification details and t-shirt sizes.
5) T-shirt size measurements are set out below and no exchanges of t-shirt sizes are permitted
once submitted to the Organiser.
6) Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment by the deadline stated above and
issuance of a confirmation email by the Organiser.
7) Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no refund of the registration fees for any
reason.
8) The Organiser reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entries without assigning reasons therefor.
9) All Participants will be required to sign a Waiver And Release Form prior to flag-off on the Event
Day.
10) The Organiser reserves the right to disallow Participants from participating in the Event on the
Event Day if the Rules and Regulations are not complied with or the Organiser deems a
Participant physically unfit to participate in the Event.
11) The Organiser reserves the right to pull out any Participant during the course of the Event after
flag-off and before the Participant crosses the finish line at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
12) All results and rankings of the Participants will be based on “Gun Time” when the Participants
cross the finish line.
13) Participants who do not finish (DNF) or do not complete the trail route within the cut off times
stated above will not be awarded finisher’s medals.
14) The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time without giving
prior notification or reasons therefor.
15) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event without giving reasons therefor.
In the case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the registration fees but t-shirts and
finisher’s medals, if available at the time will be distributed to the Participants and if unavailable,
the registration fees (less any administrative costs) will be refunded to the Participants.
16) The Organiser reserves the right to alter the flag off time, route and other Event details prior to or
on the Event Day.
17) In the event of inclement or unfavourable weather conditions such as rain or lightning, the
Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to either: (i) delay the flag off time for up to 2
hours or (ii) postpone the Event to a date to be fixed or (iii) cancel the Event.
