This My Gym class for kids with disabilities will


include dynamic warm ups, interactive relays, big
obstacle adventures, gymnastics, sports skills and
teamwork games. Well-trained staff will lead
children through the absolute BEST of My Gym's
fun skills and activities that strengthen and
challenge your child in a FUN and uplifting
atmosphere!

Don’t let the cold wreck your ride! We’re going


indoors to learn the mechanics to ride a bike. The
program provides bikes and helmets during the
event, but you are welcome to bring your own.
During this time, participants will be able to
schedule a 30 minute time slot to work with a CTRS
on bike riding skills. Registration is required to
ensure a time slot for your participant.

Pickleball is a fun paddle sport that combines many


elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. It’s a
sport created for all ages and skill levels. We’ll
learn the rules specific to wheelchair pickleball
which are simple and easy for beginners to learn.
