Before that I want to group you into 3
groups. Okay starting here at the right
side count 1 and so on.
Now, all group 1 stays together at the
right side, group 2 at the center and group
3 at the left side. Each group will choose
their Leader.
So this is the direction of your activity, I
have here a different kinds of transport
and what are you going to do is match it
to the situation given. I will read the
situation then if you know the answer just
say “FIRST AID”. A group got more
correct answer will be the winner.
Okay let’s start!

C. Lesson Proper
Based, in our activity what do you think
is our lesson today?
Yes, Amie Carrying and Transporting an injured
Thats right! person

In what emergency situations can we

apply these transporting techniques?
During Accidents
Correct!
Here is what you need to know..
Transporting an injured person to a safer
place requires great care. A first aider
must undergo proper training. When
doing this, a first aider must consider the
following factors:
A. Weight and height of the victim
B. Status of the victim(conscious or
unconscious)
C. Environment (safe, floor is smooth,
narrow or wide)
D. Special need considerations(injuries of
the victims)

And know, the same groupings, I have

here the pictures of different kinds of
transport. I will give you 3 mins. To
execute and afterwards present or
demonstrate it infront. So group 1 will
execute one-man carry, group 2 two-man
carry and group 3 three or more-man
carry. .
Okay, Lets start.
Your time starts now!

Time’s up!

Are you ready to present your work?

Okay let start to group 1 Yes ma’am

parangal clap.

Next group, Group 2. Two-man carry

Chair or seat carry, two-handed seat
carry, four-handed seat carry, human
crutch/two-person dragg
Perfect! Lets give them a Magaling Clap
Next to present, Group 3. Hammock carry, bearer alongside carry,
Three or more-man Transport six man lift and carry

Very good, Lets give them a barangay

clap
There is also other way in transferring a
victim, that is using a stretcher. But if the
area/ or the first aider has no stretcher to
be use and that is, you can use an
improvised stretcher. This technique
requires two poles/pipes strong enough to
support the victim's weight and at least
two shirts.
Who will try to demonstrate this
technique? There are two first aider and 1
victim.
