1 INTRODUCTION

The review of papers for WEECOM 2006 will contain all the papers which have been received by
the organising committee members no later than 14th August 2006. Papers received after that date will
not be included. Papers, submitted for soft copy release, will have undergone the review process of
the organising Committee of WEECOM 2006. Comments of reviewers will be sent to the authors.
Authors are asked to prepare and submit electronic versions of their extended summaries according to
the instructions below. Papers must be of a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 10 pages.

2 MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

The paper must be organised in the following manner. Section 1 includes the INTRODUCTION
about the paper. Section 2 should describe the PROPOSED WORK. Section 3 comprises the
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS and section 4 concludes the paper.
Full papers must be typed in English. This instruction page is an example of the format and font sizes
to be used. It follows detailed instructions valid for any word processor. The title of the paper is typed
in CAPITAL LETTERS (boldface 16pt) and centred on the page. The author’s name is typed in
capital and lower case bold letters and centred on the page. Directly under the author’s name in capital
and lower case letters and also centred are the author’s affiliation, address, plus e-mail address of the
authors. Manuscripts must be typed 1.5 lines spaced using 11 point characters. Only Times, Times
Roman, Times New Roman and Symbol fonts are accepted. The text must fall within a frame of 16
cm x 22 cm centred on an A4 page (21 cm x 29.7 cm) (Page setup: left and right: 1 inch, top and
bottom 1.5 inches). Paragraphs are separated by 6 points and with no indentation. The text of the full
papers is written in a single column and should be justified. The maximum length of the full paper is
10 pages. Do not number the pages. The final format of the papers will be in a DOC file.

2.1 Subtopic 1

All the Figures and tables should be centred in the page appropriately, numbered consecutively
throughout the text, and each should have a caption underneath it (see for example Table 1). Care
should be taken that the lettering is not too small. The font size inside the table should be 11. Include
the figures and tables wherever necessary. An example is,

n n!
1 1
2 2
3 6

Table 1: This is an example of a table caption.

Figure 1: Write the clean description about the figure.

2.2 Subtopic 2

All the Equations should be typed within the text, centred, and should be numbered consecutively
throughout the text. Include the equations in the manuscript wherever necessary. They should be
referred to in the text as Equation (n). Their numbers should be typed in parentheses, flush right, as in
the following example.
PA + A’P - PBR-1B’P + Q = 0. (1)
3 SUBMISSION OF THE FULL PAPER

A DOC version of your full paper is required (6 - 10 pages). The submission process for WEECOM
