This application is done in good faith that the Club will meet all obligations as stipulated by the
Constitution of the Trustco United Netball Club. In the same vain I understand that by applying for
membership to the Club, the following responsibilities will be vested in me:
 I will be responsible for the payment of my membership fees
 I will be responsible for returning all clothing and equipment issued to me
 I will be responsible for adhering to the Code of Conduct of the Club
 I will not speak on behalf of the Club unless given permission to do so
 In the event that I am no longer a Member of the Club I will not
o Bring the name of the Club in disrepute
o Actively pursue players, coaches or referees associated with the Club to join any other
club I am involved in
o Interfere with Club members, players, coaches or referees’ ability to enjoy netball or the
activities of the Club
o I will not be allowed to associate myself with the Club for personal gain

By signing this document I commit to pay the agreed membership fee on or before the specified date. If I
fail to pay the membership fee as stated above, I that Trustco United Netball Club can initiate disciplinary
steps as they see fit. I also understand that the following conditions will apply until such time as I pay my
membership fee:
 I will not be considered for any award given by the Club
 I will not be eligible to attend the Year end function of the Club
 The club will not be necessitated to provide me with a clearance certificate should I decide to
leave the club at any stage
 I will not be considered for any tour undertaken by the Club
 I will not be considered for any team in subsequent years
