Checkpoint Logs movement:-

Scope:  This SOP is used to Logs from Security Management server to FTP server.

Roles:  User
 Requestor
 IT support team
Prerequisites:  Service ticket has been raised.
 Ticket has been assigned to the support engineer
 Necessary approvals has been taken.
 Access to FTP server.
 WinScp software running on FTP server
 Login credentials for SMS
Inputs:  Service Desk ticket raised and assigned to Network WAN and Internet
Support team.

Controls:  Tickets SLAs

 Colliers Backup schedule.
Outputs:  Logs moved from SMS to FTP server.
 Updates in the ticket.

Steps to move logs from SMS to FTP server.

1) Login to FTP server 192.168.10.14 with below credentials

192.168.10.14(For RDP) administrator Pr0perty

2) Login to SMS using winscp.

3) find the Logs from SMS as per below path and select the folder where you want to move the logs on
FTP server.

4) Select the Logs from SMS to move on FTP server.

5) Right click on selected logs and click on copy / move.
