BAD SERVICE
I HAD GIVEN MY CAR FOR REPAIRS AT KATARIA DEALERSHIP PIPLOD
SURAT. 10 DAYS HAVE GONE BY BUT THE WORK IS NOT DONE. THE WORK
WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN ONE OR TWO DAYS IS TAKING SUCH
A LONG TIME. THE DEALER IS NOT BOTHERED NOR IS THE COMPANY. I
HAVE RAISED COMPLAINT ON MARUTI SUZUKI WEBSITE BUT LIKE THEIR
DEALERS THEY ARE ALSO NOT BOTHERED.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SIMPLY HARRASING THE CUSTOMERS.

Bad Tyres
I own a Maruti SX4 Zxi car and the car has run around 13000 Kms so far last month I
went on a long drive of 800Kms unfortunately the front tyre on the co driver side got
badly damaged the wires came out of the car the upper rubber just came off in a patch I
replaced the tyre with the brand new tyre kept as a spare tyre in the boot to my surprise
within 700kms of driving back this tyre too got damaged on a highway it bursted this new
tyre was placed as rear tyre towards co driver side ie on the left side,whereas it is suppose
to be a tubeless tyre I was driving at 110 - 120 Km per hour speed.

When I complaint at the service center they turned down my complaint stating some
stone hit the car tyre

I was driving all the way on the highway from Hyderabad to Indore and back to
Hyderabad all along on a metal road

Dont know how to address this issue as I had to pay in full for the new tyre and no one
bothered to look into the issue and see if the tyres were of bad quality.

DEFECTED MODEL
This is in reference to the purchase of my NEW Maruti Suzuki SX4 zxi Model..., I
purchased the car in July Last Year... and i have been facing problems/issues with this
CAR since the begining...,
from the Date of Purchase it was'n even a month or so this car suffered the entier
CLUTCH SET/BOX failure... upon reporting the matter to the

DEALER MOTORCRAFT S-7 Site 4, Link Road, Police Station, Sahibadad


INDUSTRIAL AREA GHAZIABAD 201012 near Pacific MALL...
Dealer asked me to pay the entire cost and labor for replacing the CLUTCH SET/Box
Clutch Plate, Pressure Plate etc... as it is not covered under warranty...I paid around Rs.
5500/- this time

Whereas after this incident i checked on the various blogs on the internet i came to know
that there seems to be a sort of manufacturing Defect with this CAR MODEL from
MARUTI...and I also read initially Company replaced this part for many customers for
Free just after the Lauch of this Model...

It hasn't been an year yet and the same problem happened again and i was told the
samething that i have to get the enitre CLUTCH SET/BOX replaced...to my utmost
Surprise its not even 12000 km All Services done WELL WITHIN TIME...
1st Service from the same Dealer i purchased the car from..

2nd Service again from the same Dealer i purchased the case from...

3rd Service i got it done from Competent Motors DADA BAADI on Mehrauli-Gurgaon
Road
This was most irritating and annoying experience one can go through just to get the CAR
Serviced...

Its been a month or so after the 3rd Service yet again the entire CLUTCH SYSTEM
FAILED this time they told me even the FRY WHEEL doesn't seem to be in a good
condition may/might not work till the next CLUTCH SET/BOX FAILURE...This Time
the Day it happened there was a strong smell as if a whole lot of wiring has
burned/caught fire under the hood even the SO CALLED Automatic Climate Control
Failed as well...This time i took the car to another Authorized Service Station i.e

QUTAB AUTOBILES Sushant Lok, DLF Gurgaon Haryana..


i was told the samething and i paid Rs. 9000 /- this time...

I stand as an Utterly Dissatisfied Customer with the purchase of the CAR from
MARUTI...
I would like to know from anyone/everyone who can give the correct information
regarding this Problem
as is it Curable or will i have to keep on getting the entire CLUTCH set replaced every
couple of months or more...OR if this can be fixed than who and where can fix this
problem...and

CUSTOMER's SAKE want to


How can Company help...?
What all can company do with this Defected Model...?

Delay in delivery of Swift Dzire


I am Abhishek Bansal.

It is with great reluctance that I am taking the "seemingly drastic" step of writing an
official complaint due to various problems I have faced in dealing with one of Maruti
Suzuki's leading dealerships, Hisar Automobiles, Hisar. I am requesting you to please
take a few minutes to consider my issues.

I booked Swift Dzire VDi (white color) on 08/07/2009 at Hisar with Hisar Automobiles.
Maruti Dealer committed me that as soon as he get the first vehicle from the Maruti
company he will deliver to me immediately. On behalf of their promise, I deposited the
full money (6, 12,850).

I am sorry to say that dealer is using every possible delay tactics in denying me delivery
of my car. He always promises me delivery in few days time. It seems that this is the way
your dealer funds his operation, use the customer money as long as possible for their own
purpose.

I launched a complaint on your customer care number also (Complaint number –


9500063279 on dated 28-Sep-09)

1. On which date shall I get the car I booked?


2. How I will be compensated for the interest on the 100% booking amount paid by me?

I hope you understand the problem.
