PAYMENT AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This contract is entered into by and between ST. BLAISE CHRISTIAN

SCHOOL, INC. as the “First Party” and MEEKAH SHEENTA C. DICHOSO, as
the “Second Party”. The terms of this Agreement shall begin on 19th day
of September 2017 and shall continue on its termination date on 30th
day of March 2017.
The specific terms of this Contract are as follows:

1. The “Second Party” presently owes the “First Party” the sum of
Php 10,000.00 (ten thousand pesos), said sum being presently due
and payable for Breach of Contract.

2. In further consideration of the “First Party’s” forebearance, the

“Second Party” agrees to pay said amount on extended terms in the
following manner:
a. Php 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred pesos) shall be paid
on 30th of October 2017.
b. Php 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred pesos) shall be
paid on or before 30th day of March 2017.

3. In the event the “Second Party” fails to make any payments

punctually on the agreed extended terms, the “First Party” shall
have full rights to proceed for the collection of the entire
balance then remaining.

4. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of

the parties, their successors, assigns and personal
representatives.
