Friends:

Singer Deutsch LLP is delighted to announce that on January 3, 2018, the Firm marked the 15-Year
anniversary of its formation.

Founded by Georgetown Law School alumni John D. Singer, Esq. and Michael C. Deutsch, Esq., the Firm
maintains offices in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Mr. Singer, who graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1992, started his legal career
as a litigator at Rosenman & Colin in New York City (now, Katten Muchin Rosenman). In 1996, Mr.
Singer, a Member of both the New York and California Bars, joined Proskauer Rose in New York. He
moved to Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office in 2001.

Mr. Deutsch, who also graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1992, started his legal
career as a litigator at Braverman & Associates (now, Braverman & Greenspun). In 1995, Mr. Deutsch, a
Member of both the New York and New Jersey Bars, and Scott Greenspun, Esq. -- formerly an attorney
with Willkie Farr & Gallagher -- founded Eclipse Sports Management, a sports agency representing
professional ice hockey players from around the world.

Both Mr. Singer and Mr. Deutsch are designated as Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” ranked
attorneys by their peers in the areas of Labor, Employment, Litigation and Securities Law.

Mr. Singer and Mr. Deutsch, each of whom are FINRA Arbitrators, have also been designated as "New
York Super Lawyers,” having been chosen for this distinction by both their peers and through
independent research conducted by Law & Politics. Only five percent of New York metro attorneys have
been named to the list.

Singer Deutsch LLP represents individuals in both arbitrations and litigations against their former
employers and in investigations or enforcement proceedings conducted by the Securities and
Commodities regulators. Singer Deutsch LLP also represents individual investors against brokerage
firms, financial advisors, investment advisors, and financial planners.
