INTRODUCTION

DEE Piping Systems (DEE), incorporated as DEE
Development Engineers Limited, was founded by
Chairman & Managing Director Mr. K.L. Bansal
along with a team of two technocrats in the year
1983. DEE, in the past three decades has evolved
in the diverted field of Piping engineering and
fabrication.
It is driven by a simple yet powerful statement –
“Make Every Customer a Repeat Customer.”
DEE primarily caters to National and Multinational
OEMs of power generation equipment,
Engineering, Procurement and Construction
(EPC) contractors serving Power Generation, Oil &
Gas, Refinery / Petrochemicals, Nuclear, Process,
Shipping, Sugar, Cement and others.
Over the years, DEE developed strong capability
in Critical Piping, Modular Piping, Induction Pipe
Bending and has also ventured into new market
offerings of Jacketed & Modular Piping.
DEE is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 3834-2, ISO
14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 certified
company and is also a certified manufacturer of
pipe spools and pipe fittings under the purview of
Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) norms,

CRITICAL PIPING

Critical Piping
Critical piping is designed with very special care
and the material selected for such piping is
subjected to withstand high pressure and high
temperature.

Critical piping mainly consists of following:

 Power Generation: Main Steam, Hot Reheat,

Cold Reheat, Feed Water & Bypass Lines etc,

 Refinery & Petrochemicals: High temperature

and high pressure piping associated with
Hydrocracker, Hydrogen, FCCU, CRU Plant etc.

These Piping often expand due to high

temperature, thus need to have built in flexibility.
Such piping systems are governed by guidelines
and mandatory requirements.

Critical Piping Systems manufactured by DEE are

compliant with ANSI/ASME B31.1 - Power Piping
and ANSI/ASME B31.3 - Process Piping Code,
Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR) and other industrial
standards.

We offer Critical Piping in the various grades of

Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel with
