Sthamba is a construction company which mainly deals with Residential works as well as Factory works all
over Bangalore. This company undertakes construction of Small Residential buildings upto 4 storeys and
construction and renovation of Factories. Under this company I have completed 15 projects. In that 12 of
them are Residential works and 3 of them are Factory works. Cost of one project will be approximately
7500000 to 12500000 INR.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


 Inspection, Supervision and Quality assurance of different stages in construction 

Responsible for Overall Site Production, Progress. 

 Quantity Take off, Estimation, Site Measurement for each activity 

 Material Reconciliation and plan the materials. 

Tracking the progress of each activity on daily basis and evaluating the same on weekly meeting with
 Project Manager. 

 Ensuring Safety and Quality for the each and every work executed. 

 Held Responsible for daily, weekly ,monthly reports and Checklists. 

Interaction with client and proper establishment of their valuable suggestions in initial stage of
construction 

 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications 

 Verification of Drawings, Stocks, Tenders, Agreements, Work orders and Bills. 

 Scheduling and monitoring the progress of project 

Coordinating with Architectural and Structural Consultant for any drawing related/Design Issue on
behalf of the Client. 


