But I believe till date no action has been taken against Shri Prasanta Sircar,Moumita Sircar and Sirsha Sircar to recover the income tax, wealth tax & any other taxes on Rs.4o lakhs. Request & Relief sought: 1, Shri Prasanta Sircar & Smt Moumita Sircar, may give a baseless plea that the fir is not done by them, because the FIR has taken place through Lake Police Station whom they have requested for FIR in the application submitted by my wife Smt Sirsha ‘Sircar(Ghose) D/o Shri Prasanta Sircar in her own handwriting, and as per chargesheet (copy attached as annexure-12)and witness(Prasanta Sircar & Moumita Sircar) statements all three have admitted to have given articles worth 4o lakhs including Gold Jewellery and other luxurious items, further misusing & misguiding the Government Machinery. 2. Shri Prasanta Sircar & Moumita Sircar, may misguide the Income Tax Authorities with malafide intentions of cheating with the Government machinery by evading taxes and also evading all kinds of wealth tax and luxury tax. 3. Shri Prasanta Sircar has never filed income tax returns from the period of 2000 -2014. Kindly recover the tax on Rs 40 lakhs and start proceedings against Shri Prasanta Sircar as per provision of Income Tax for concealing black-money or undisclosed income and against Moumita Sircar and Sirsha Sircar for ai ing and abetting the concealment of blackmoney which is also a crime, the authority is under bounden duty, since it relates and its refusal may prejudice the appellant upon which an FIR has been registered and chargesheet is also submitted where all three have admitted to have given articles worth 40 lakhs as per their statements. 4, Imay be given the due prize money as per income tax guidelines for revealing this to the authorities. 5. I request the authorities to kindly intervene & investigate the matter as it is causing hhuge revenue loss of Rs.23.04 lakhs And other applicable penalties better known to authorities, -—---Example to calculate tax (30% ON BAL AMOUNT i.e ( 40 lakhs amount said in fir ~ 1.6 lakhs which is basic exemption limit for financial year 2010-11,assessment year 2011-12 (due to no income tax paid As per Income tax records) multiply by 2) - marriage date 26% January 2011 Value of dowry items as per fir and chargesheet is 40 lakhs(given on date of marriage 26% January 2011 ~marriage certificate copyenclsed as annexure-) ~1.6 lakhs (basic
