Power Cable 电源线

Do not install or remove a live line. Transient contact between the core of the power cable and the conductor
might generate electric arc or spark, which can cause fire or damage to the human body. Before installing or
removing the power cable, turn off the power switch.
严禁电源线带电安装、拆除。电源线在接触导体的瞬间，会产生电火花或电弧，可导致火灾或人身伤害。在进
行电源线的安装、拆除操作之前，必须关掉电源开关。

When handling optical fibers, do not stand close to or look into the optic al fiber outlet directly with naked eyes.

1 Route the power cables and the PGND cable in the upper cabling frame. Connect the PGND cable to the
grounding bolt at the top of the cabinet. Route the cabinet power cables to the DC input terminals on the DC
power distribution box (PDB) panel through the power cable hole at the top of the cabinet.
电源线和保护地线在上走线架布放，保护地线接至机柜顶部的接地螺柱上，电源线穿过机柜顶部的电源线走线

1 Lead the power cables and the PGND cable into the cabinet through the lower enclosure frame. Lead the
PGND cable along the cabinet cabling area to the grounding bolt at the top of the cabinet through the power
cable hole at the top of the cabinet. Lead the power cables along the cabinet cabling area to the input
terminals on the DC PDB panel at the top of the cabinet.
电源线和保护地线由机柜下围框引入机柜，保护地线沿机柜的走线区布放并穿过走线孔接至机柜顶部的接地螺

1 Route the power cables and the PGND cable in the upper cabling frame. Connect the PGND cable to the

2 Cut out a power cable routing hole from the rodent-proof mesh at the cabi net top. Lead the power grounding
cables and –48 V power cables to the input cable terminals in areas A and B of the junction box.
剪掉机柜顶部部分防鼠网作为电源线走线口，将电源地线和–48V电源线引入到分线盒A区域和B区域输入线缆
端子座的位置。
3 Plug the cord end terminals of the power cables, from top downwards, wit h the fluted sides facing the front of

1 Lead the power cables and the PGND cable into the cabinet through the lower enclosure frame. Lead the
PGND cable along the cabinet cabling area to the grounding bolt at the top of the cabinet through the power
cable hole at the top of the cabinet.

4 Installing and Routing Power Cable－Installing the Subrack Grounding Cables

安装和布放电源线－安装子架接地电缆

1 For a subrack installed above the airduct frame,connect one end of the PGND cable of this subrack to the
downward grounding screw of the subrack; connect the other end to an idle grounding screw adjacent to this
subrack on the post at the right side of the cabinet and use a screw to fix this end.
对于安装在导风框以上的子架，将子架接地线的一端连接到子架的下接地螺柱上，另一端连接至机柜右侧立柱
上相邻于子架的空闲接地螺柱上。
2 For a subrack installed under the airduct frame, connect one end of the PGND cable of this subrack to the
downward grounding screw of the subrack; connect the other end to the grounding screw on the column of
cabinet and use a screw to fix this end.
对安装在导风框以下的子架，将子架保护地线的一端安装在子架的下接地螺柱上，另一套在机柜前门接地螺柱
上并用螺丝固定。

1 The Open Corrugated Pipe

The open corrugated pipe cannot be loaded with too many optical fibers. A maximum of 60 fibers with 2 mm
diameter are recommended for an open corrugated pipe with 32 mm diameter.
开口波纹管中装载光纤的数量不能过多，32mm直径的开口波纹管推荐最大装载光纤跳线数量为2mm直径光
纤60根。
The length for the open corrugated pipe to enter the cabinet is about 10 cm.
波纹管伸入机柜部分的长度以10厘米左右为宜。

1 Lead the fibers protected by the open corrugated pipe into the cabinet through the fiber hole at the top of the
cabinet. Route the fibers to the corresponding subrack along the fiber troughs at both sides of the cabinet.
光纤在开口波纹管的保护下从机柜顶部的走纤孔引入，并沿机柜侧面的走纤槽布放至相应子架。
2 Coil the fibers round the fiber spooling frame at a side o f the corresponding subrack.
将光纤跳线在相应子架侧面的盘纤架上缠绕。
3 Pass the fibers through the fiber hole at the side of the subrack and the fiber holder at the bottom of the
subrack. Insert the fiber connectors into the corresponding optical interfaces on the board.
将光纤跳线穿过子架侧部的穿纤孔和底部的线扣，并将光纤连接器插入相应单板光接口。

NOTE
After the fiber installation, insert fiber plugs in idle interfaces and cover idle fibers with fiber caps.
光纤安装好后，对不插光纤的光口需要插上光口塞，对没有接光口的尾纤需要套上光纤帽.

1 Insert the connectors at both end of the fibers into the corresponding optical interfaces respectively on the
board. Pass the fibers through the fiber holder at the bottom of the subrack and the fiber hole at the side of the

2 Lead the fibers to the adjacent subracks along the fiber troughs at both sides of the cabinet. Coil the
redundant fibers round the fiber spool at the side of the corresponding subrack. Pass the fibers through the
fiber hole at the side of the subrack and the fiber holder at the bottom of the subrack.
将光纤沿机柜两侧的走纤槽布放至相邻子架，将多余的光纤在相应子架侧面的盘纤架上缠绕，并将光纤穿过该
子架侧部的穿纤孔和底部的线扣。

NOTE
According to the redundant length of fibers, choose the coiling fiber spool. Coil the fibers round the big circle

1 Two small screws are delivered together with the product. Fasten two screws to fix the base of the phone on
the plane of the airduct.
