EXHIBIT 8 – SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS
1 Generalities

CONTRACTOR must comply with Article 16 of the APPENDIX D and Section 2.2.5 of PARTICULAR
CONDITIONS.
CONTRACTOR shall possibly require the use of several SUBCONTRACTORS for the provisions of
SERVICES within the CONTRACT as agreed between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR.
CONTRACTOR shall neither subcontract nor sublet the whole of the SERVICES.
CONTRACTOR shall neither subcontract nor sublet any part of the SERVICES without prior
APPROVAL. Such APPROVAL shall not relieve CONTRACTOR from any obligation or liability under
the CONTRACT.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall not assign either a part or the entire scope of work assigned to them by
CONTRACTOR to any other third party.

2 Approved SUBCONTRACTORS

As part of its offer, CONTRACTOR shall propose a list of possible SUBCONTRACTORS for
COMPANY APPROVAL using template of ATTACHMENT 8.1.
Approved list of SUBCONTRACTORS will be attached in ATTACHMENT 8.1.
NOTE: List of approved SUBCONTRACTORS for local inspection and certification of lifting equipment
is given in ATTACHMENT 8.3.

3 Approved VENDORS

As part of its offer, CONTRACTOR shall propose a list of possible VENDORS for COMPANY
APPROVAL using template of ATTACHMENT 8.2.
Approved list of VENDORS will be attached in ATTACHMENT 8.2.
NOTE: List of approved VENDORS for local for local supply of lifting equipment is given in
ATTACHMENT 8.3.
