Terms and Conditions for various posts

WAPCOS Limited an ‘ISO 9001-2008’ “Mini Ratna-I” Organisation intends to fill up the following posts of
Engineers/Experts at Mumbai for its Project requirements in Thane, Mumbai and other districts of
Maharashtra. The requisite qualification and experience prescribed for the posts is as under:

5 Quality Control Graduate in Civil Minimum 05 years’ experience in supervising

Engineer Engineering construction projects, Quality Checking, QA/QC
experience of Civil works

6 Data Entry Graduate in any Minimum 02 years’ experience in Tendering works,

Operator/Computer discipline Power point presentations, Excel, Word.

7 Water Resources Post Graduate/ Minimum 10 years’ experience of monitoring

Expert/ Irrigation Graduate in Civil ,supervision, evaluation of dam/irrigation project,
Engineering/ Engineering PMKSY projects, AIBP projects etc.

8 Agriculture Expert Graduate in Minimum 10 years’ experience of monitoring

Agricultural ,supervision, evaluation of dam/irrigation project,
Engineering PMKSY projects, AIBP projects, watershed
development.
9 Social Expert Ph.D./Post Graduate Minimum 10 years’ experience of Capacity Building,
in Social Social works etc.
Science/Planning/
Social Works/
Sociology
Note: Retired Government officials may also apply for posts at Sl. No. 1,7&8.

 Salary shall be commensurate to qualification and experience.

 Those who are working in Govt. departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required to apply through
proper channel or produce no objection certificate.

 The post are purely on temporary basis for its Project requirement.

 Number of posts may vary as per requirement of projects of the company.

 The interested persons having experience in Water Supply, Sewerage, Solid Waste Management,
Roads & Bridges, Building projects for preparation of DPR’s, Bid Documents, Bid Evaluation,
Contract Management and Supervision can apply.

 Experienced professionals in the field of Water Supply and Sewerage will be preferred.
 Relevant experience will be given due weightage.

 Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for
skill test/interview.

 Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be as per Government rules.

 Preference will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates if otherwise found suitable.

 Before submission of application, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria
and other norms mentioned in the advertisement.

 CVs should be submitted strictly in prescribed proforma along with photocopies of documents in
support of Date of birth, Qualification, Experience and Proof of category etc. in case of candidate
belonging with reserved category. Any other proforma will not be accepted.

 The candidates appointed are liable to be posted anywhere in India or abroad as per exigencies of
works of the company.

 The mere fact that a candidate has submitted his/her application against the advertisement and
apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/her the
right to be definitely called for interview/considered further for engagement.

 The Company will not be responsible for any postal delay within the specified time.

 Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit for WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on
17.12.2017 (Sunday) from 10:30 AM to 06:30 PM along with CV in prescribed format, all original
certificates, latest passport size photograph, experience certificates and one set of self-attested
photocopies of all certificates at WAPCOS Limited, Shop No 207, Swastik Plaza, Pokharan Road
No. 2, Near Voltas Company, Majiwada, Thane 400601.

 Further the interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions and unable to attend the WALK-
IN-INTERVIEW on 17.12.2017 may send their CVs within 10 days from the date of release of
advertisement in the prescribed proforma in an envelope super scribing the name of post applied for
