Republic of the Philippines = O77 COMMISSION ON AUDIT (% sy August 9, 2012 Memorandum to: Assistant Commissioners Cluster/Regional Directors (CDs/RDs) Supervising Auditors /Audit Team leaders(SAs/ATLs) All Others Concerned Effective immediately, and until a new set of guidelines is issued by the Commission Proper, the disposition of all requests for copies of Annual Audit Reports (AARs) shall be as follows: 1. All AAR’s which have been approved and released to the auditees may be furnished all requesting parties. a. AARs which are already published in the COA website may be downloaded therefrom by the requesting party. b, Ifan authenticated copy is required, the requesting party shall bring the printed copy to the Office of the ATL/SA of the agency audited or the CD /RD concerned, for authentication. c. For ARs which are not published in the COA website, copies thereof may be furnished the requesting party either in electronic form or in hard copy by the ATLISA of the agency audited or the CD/RD concerned. 2. For ARs which have not been approved and released to the auditee, copies thereof shall not be furnished any party. In such cases, the ATL/SA or CD/RD shall accordingly inform in writing the requesting party 3. Reproduction fee shall be charged at P20.00 per AAR in electronic form or P5.00 per page for AAR in hard copy. 4, Payment shall be made at the Central or Regional Office Cashier, or in the case of field audit units, the ATL/SA shall receive payment in postal money order to be remitted to the Central or Regional Office cashier.
