of the triangle as follows:

1. Find the length of BC

2. Find the equation of BC

3. Find the equation of the altitude from A to BC

4. Rewrite both equations in general form and solve for their common point (call it H). (This is
the point where the altitude meets the base. Hint: it's approximately (10.7, 14.2)

5. Find the length of altitude AH

6. Using AΔ = ½ bh, find the area of ΔABC. Hint: it's approximately 472.5
