Every day, I eat balanced meals and I exercise. I drink plenty of water
and get enough sleep.
I usually eat bread or boiled eggs for breakfast. For lunch and
dinner, I usually eat rice, fish, and vegetables. I love vegetables like
carrots, sweet peas, and spinach. I also eat a lot of fruits like apples,
lemons, and watermelons.
I do not eat oily food like chips, fries, and fast food. I always
exercise in the evening. I enjoy jogging at the park with my friends. I
also like to dance.
