The weight of Corporate Finance is 5-15%. So, you may get 1 to 3 item sets from this 3
section. Historically, they have asked 2 item sets from this section. Mergers and 1.5
Acquisition has been one of their favorite area. This time they have added one
additional new chapter(Corporate Performance). So, you may expect few questions 1.5
from that chapter as well. 5

The weight of FRA has been reduced from 15-25% to 15-20% this year. 4 item sets 4
used to be asked from this subject. But now with the reduction of its weight, it looks 3
like that they might ask only 3 item sets from it. But still it is a very important area 4
and one must master it. The important topics are the readings 17,18 and 19. You will
most likely get 1 item set from each of those readings. Practice is the key to master 2
this subject. 1.5

1 item set will be asked from this subject as its weight is from 5-10%. The important 3
areas are ANOVA table calculations, problems in multiple regression
(heteroskedasticiy, serial correlation and multicollinearity) and time series models 4

weight has been decreased from 20-30% to 15-25% this year. But still you can expect
the same number of item sets as had been asked in last few years i.e. 4 item sets. The 4
important areas are chapters 33 to 37 with chapter 34 being the most important one. 5
Chapter 32 is very important for understanding financial modeling and will help you 5
in cracking interviews realted to equity research and valuation roles. Study at least
this chapter from CFA curriculum book. You need to avoid silly mistakes in this topic 4
and should target 80%+ score. 4

set had been asked from this topic in last two years. But this time we can expect 2-3 4
item sets from it due to increase in its weightage. It is very important to understand
each concept thoroughly to master this subject. Every topic is important and
demands adequate time. Chapter 46 is the most important chapter.

from it last year. Your focus should be on formulas. Try to memorize and learn how to 1.5
