TECHNICAL DATASHEET RELOAD
Characteristics:
Designed by Jeremiah Ferrarese and Paolo Scagnellato, Reload is the evolution of the traditional conference and waiting
room chair. The new solution involves the use of a wide variety of components with high functionality and modularity, which
cooperate in a technological and aesthetical manner, suitable for use in a modern environment.
The 4-leg model are stackable up to 15 units. Optionally, it has a trolley for stacking and transport that can carry up to 18
units. Available in blue, black, white, green, grey, and red. Available in blue, black, white, green, grey, and red.

Backrest:
Option A: 100% recyclable, plastic injection polypropylene. Optional fireproof treatment.
Option B: Same as Option A, with flexible, high-density (hard) (30 kg/m3) polyurethane foam.
Option C: Same as Option A, with acrylic nylon mesh.
Seat: 100% recyclable, plastic injection polypropylene. Optional fireproof treatment. Optionally, with inner seat panel of
polypropelene with flexible, high-density (hard) (30 kg/m3) polyurethane foam.
Arms (Optional): Polished aluminium or painted black. Black or white nylon armrests, depending on the base.
Mechanism: Gas lift.
Gas lift column: Gas lift column chromed or black, depending on base.
Base: Polished aluminium or nylon, 65 cm diameter.
Wheels: Double rubber Desmopan wheels, 50 mm diameter, with chromed cover, or 65 mm diameter with black trim,
depending on base. Optionally, polished steel or black nylon non-slip gliders, depending on base.

Available in 2, 3, 4, and 5 seats. On benches with three or more seats, one can be replaced with a graphite phenolic side table
with black edging, 40 x 40 cm. Optional white phenolic table with black edging.

Arms (Optional):

The armrest turns on its axis, folding left or right, allowing the distance between arms to
be changed by up to 8 cm, increasing convenience for users of different sizes.

The seat moves up and down by operating a lever on the bottom right of the seat.
1. Gas lift
Gas lift column:

The gas lift column (UNI 9084/02) is in black or chromed, 12 to 15 microns, depending on base.
Bases:
65 cm diameter, with the following options:
- Polished aluminium base. Accompanies chromed gas lift column and 50 mm
diameter wheels with chromed cover.
- Nylon base. Accompanies black gas lift column and 65 mm diameter wheels with
black trim.
Wheels:
- Double rubber Desmopan wheels, 50 mm diameter with chromed covers. Accompanies polished
aluminium base. The wheels have passed the following tests:
EN 12527/98 part 4.12 Impact resistance.
EN 12527/98 part 4.13 Resistance test.
EN 12527/98 part 4.14 Long distance duration test.
- Double rubber Desmopan wheels, 65 mm diameter, nylon with chromed covers. Accompanies black
nylon base. The wheels have passed the following tests:
ANSI-BIFMA X5.1-2011/17 Travel resistance.

Extras:
Folding anti-panic writing table, with an aluminium base and frame painted in black epoxy (RAL
9005). Table is in black ABS plastic. Can be stacked up to 15 units.
Optional: document rack under seat.
- Connection kit:
o Option A: The armless model has a side cover allowing the connection between two
chairs. Also, it enhances stability in stacking thanks to a hidden guide.
o Option B: For the model with arms, it uses a special coupling device, very solid and with
telescopic movement that allows the spacing between chairs, to be adjusted, making room
for chairs with writing tables.
- Trolley for stacking and transporting up to 18 units.
