FAATEHA OF OUR SILSILA

The above Shajrah Shareef Should be recited once

daily after Fajr Salaah followed by the following
Khatam Shareef.

When you have completed reciting these, send the

Thawaab to the Arwah (Souls) of Sayyiduna
Rasulullah Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam all the
Masha'ikh of your Silsila, and to the Muslim Ummah
in general. If your Peer-o-Murshid is still alive (in
this world), make Dua for his good health,
prosperity and spiritual advancement. If he passed
away, then include his name in the Faateha and
make Dua for him.
32
DUROOD-E-GHAUTHIYAH

Allahum-ma Salle Ala Sayyidina wa Maulana

Muhammadim Ma’dinil Joodi Wal Karami Wa Aalihi
wa Baarik Wa Sal’lim

PANJ GANJ E QAADIRIYAH

THE FIVE TREASURES OF THE QAADIRI ORDER

The following is known as the Panj Ganj e

Qaadiriyah, which should be read daily after every
Salaah. First, recite 3 Durood e Ghauthiyah, then
the specific litany 100 times, and end with Durood e
Ghauthiyah 3 times.

After Fajr Ya Azeezu Ya Allahu

After Zohar Ya Kareemu Ya Allahu
After Asr Ya Jab-baaru Ya Allahu
After Maghrib Ya Sat-taaru Ya Allahu
After Esha Ya Ghaf-faaru Ya Allahu

By consistent recitation of these Litanies, you will

attain immense blessings and spiritual pleasure in
this world and in the Aakhirat.

33
Also after Fajr (before sunrise) and Maghrib Salaah,
it is strongly recommended to Recite the Following
Litanies each 10 times each, with Durood Shareef
before and after;

Hasbi’Allahu Laa ilaaha il-la Huwa Alaihi Tawaq-

qaltu Wa Huwa Rab-bul Arsh-il Azeem

Rab-bi In-ni Mas-saniyad-dur-ru Wa Anta

Arhamur Raahimeen

Rab-bi In-ni Maghloobun Fantasir

Sayuh-zamul Jam’u Wa Yu-wal-loo-nad Duburu

Allahum-ma In-na Naj-aluka Fi Nuhoori-him Wa

Na’oodhu Bika Min Shuroori-him

If you consistently recite these Litanies, In’sha Allah,

all your permissible desires will be fulfilled, and you
will always be protected from your enemies.

34
QAZAA -E- HAJAAT
(For The Achievement of Needs)

These Litanies are read if you desire something:

ALLAHU RABBI LA SHAREEKA LAHU

Recite this Wazifa 874 times with 11 times Durood

Shareef before and after. In the state of Wudu, sit in
the Tashahud position facing the Qibla and recite
this litany daily until you achieve your desired need.
Also keep reciting this throughout your day, while
walking, sitting, standing and whenever possible, in
wudu or without Wudu, until your need is achieved.

HASBUN’ALLAH WA NE’MAL WAKEEL

Read this Wazifa daily 450 times with 11 times

Durood Shareef before and after, until you achieve
your heart’s desire. It must also be read
continuously when one is depressed and uneasy.

35
TUFAIL-E-HAZRAT-E-DASTAGEER
DUSHMAN HUWE ZER

This should be recited 111 times after Esha Salaah

with 11 times Durood Shareef before and after.
(This is read with a desire to overpower one’s
enemies)

These 3 litanies should be recited as stipulated, e.g.

874 times, 450 times, and 111 times. The first two
can be read at any time during the day. The third
Wazifa must be recited only after Esha Salaah.

For the sake of Barakah (to those who do not have

any problems), one may recite daily the first two
litanies 100 times each with 3 times Durood Shareef
before and after.

36
1. Remain steadfast on the teachings of the Ahle
Sunnah Wa Jama’ah. Stay away from all those who
are against the Ahle Sunnah Wa Jama’ah, such as
the deobandis, wahabis, qadianis, shias, maudoodis
and nadwis (and in this time the taahiris an sulhe-
kullis). Think of them as your enemies. Do not listen
to their speeches. Do not sit amongst them. Abstain
from reading any of their books since (may Allah
forbid!) it does not take much time for shaitaan to
put evil into a person's heart. The Deen and Imaan
are the most valuable possessions of a person. To
protect one's Imaan one must strive to the best of
his or her ability. Respect of the world and its
wealth and the life of this world are only bound to
this world. Deen and Imaan will always be of
importance in your homes. To be aware of this is
most important.

2. To remain steadfast in performing the 5 daily

Salaah is very important. For men to perform Salaah
with Jama’ah in the Masjid is Waajib (where the
Imam is Sunni Sahih ul Aqida). Those Muslims who
do not perform Salaah are only human by name and
not by spirit since they do not fulfil their duties as
37
human beings. To make your Salaah Qaza because
of your job, business, etc. is to be totally ungrateful
to Almighty Allah. No good employer will stop his
staff from performing their Salaah. If any employer
does so, then to work for such a person is Haraam.
No means of gaining Rizq (sustenance) can give the
Barakah of Salaah. Giving Rizq is in the Power of
Almighty Allah, Who has made Salaah Fard upon us
and He shows immense displeasure when Salaah is
omitted.

3. Perform all those Salaah which you have made

Qaza. If you do not perform your Fard Salaah, then
your Nafil (optional) Ibaadat does not have any
certainty. So, beware, and be sure to perform your
Salaah before your time on this earth expires.
Always make Niyyah in Qaza for the first Namaaz
you have missed. In other words if you have 100
Qaza of Fajr, then say, I am making Qaza for the
very first Fajr which I missed. Do the same for all
other Salaah. Qaza is only for the Fard and Witr
Salaahs. In other words, there will be all in all 20
Raka’ats Qaza Salaah for any given day.

38
4. Keep all those Fasts which you have missed out.
The Beloved Nabi Muhammad Sall Allahu Alaihi wa
Sallam has stated, ‘So long as a person does not
keep his previous Fast, the current Fast is not
accepted.’

5. Those who are Saahib-e-Nisaab, should pay their

Zakaat. One must not delay in doing so, since by
doing so, one will receive punishment and face
torment. The Zakaat of each year must be paid
before the year ends. If one has not given Zakaat of
the present year, then he should accommodate it in
the following years Zakaat so that the wealth may
be purified. If one has given more than the amount
due, then he may carry it over to the next year.
Almighty Allah does not destroy the good deeds of
any person.

6. Hajj is Fard upon those who have the means of

accomplishing it. In commanding the Fard of Hajj,
Almighty Allah says, ‘And for those who disbelieve
(disobey), then Allah is Divinely Sovereign from the
entire creation’. The Beloved Nabi Sall Allahu Alaihi
wa Sallam said the following concerning those who
intentionally leave out Hajj; ‘He will either die a

39
christian or a jew.’ We ask protection in Allah from
this. In order to be protected, perform your Hajj.

7. Protect your-self from evil, lies, back-biting,

adultery, sodomy, tyranny, dishonesty, falsehood,
and egotism, etc. To shave off or trim the beard
(less than the Shariah requirement) is to be in the
garb of a transgressor. Abstain from all sinful
actions. Those who remain firm on these seven
points shall be blessed with the promise of Allah
which is Jannat.

‫ اﷲ ﺗَﻌَﺎﱃ  َﻠَﻴ ِﻪ َ و َ  اﻟ ِ ِﻪ َ وا َْﺻ َﺤﺎﺑِ ِﻪ َ و َ ﺳﻠ ّ ْﻢ‬ َ‫ﺻ‬ َ
ُ ّ َ ‫َﺟ ّﻞ َ ﺟ َﻼﻟ ُ ُﻪ َ و‬

40
Before commencing the Panj Ganj e Qaadiriyah you
may recite the following Wazifa once. (This will
protect you and your family and your wealth etc
from your enemies & witchcraft etc)

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Wash Shamsa Wal Qamara Wan Nujooma

Musakh-kharaatim Bi Amrihi Alaa Lahul Khalqu
wal Amr. Tabaarak’Allahu Rab-bul Aalameen. Gird-

Baashi. Ya Allahu Bi Haq-qi Sulaimaanab-ne

Rasoolullahi Wa Bi Haq-qi Ya Mu-minu Ya
Muhayminu Sall Allahu Ta’ala Alaihi wa Aalihi Wa
Sahbihi Wa Sallam

41
Note: After reciting this once, blow on the
Shahaadat finger of the right hand and move this
finger in a circular motion around the right ear
thrice. Always do this. Thereafter commence the
Amal of the Panj Ganj for that time, and if after
reading the Panj Ganj for that time, if you read, ‘Ya
Baasitu’ 72 times, it is better. If you wish then,

At the time of Fajr you may recite,

Ya Hay-yu Ya Qay-yoomu Laa ilaaha il-la Anta

Subhaanaka In-ni Kuntu Minaz Zaalimeen

At the time of Zuhr you may recite,

Ya Hay-yu Ya Qay-yoomu Bi Rahmatika

Astagheethu

At the time of Asr you may recite,

Hasbun’Allahu Wa Ne’mal Wakeel

At the time of Maghrib you may recite,

Rab-bi In-ni Mas-saniyad-dur-ru Wa Anta

Arhamur Raahimeen
42
At the time of Esha you may recite,

Wa Ufaw-widu Amri ilal Laah. In-nal Laaha

Baseerum Bil ‘Ibaad

Each of these litanies can be recite one hundred

and eleven times with 11 Durood Shareef before
and after. In the night, you may also add Durood e
Ghauthiyah 500 times, so that it may become the
Special Panj Ganj.

43
BEFORE GOING TO BED

At the time of going to sleep also try to read this

Hisaar with 11 Durood Shareef before and after and
with the intention of making Hisaar (protection) of
the house, stretch your hand our around you and
blow on your finger and make an imaginary circle all
around you at a distance.

After this, now you should lay down with both

knees upright, by keeping both hands on the chest,
like in Dua. Then recite the following

1. Ayatul Kursi - Once

2. The 4 Quls - Once. However, Surah Ikhlaas (Qul
Huw’Allah) must be read 3 times.

You should then blow on the palms of your hands

and pass them over the entire body, front and back.
You may also do this for the infants who are not
able to read. It is also recommended that you learn
Surah Waaqi’ah, Surah Yaseen and Surah Mulk.

You should recite these Surahs before sleeping.

Until you have not committed them to memory,
44
you may recite them by looking at the Holy Qur’an.
After all the recitations, you should lay on your right
side without talking. If you have to talk, then you
may do so, but you should recite Surah Kaafirun
before going to sleep. If this procedure is followed
then, In’sha-Allah, you will be protected from all evil
forces. In’sha Allah the reciter will pass from this
world with Imaan and will attain blessings through
the Beloved Rasool Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam.
Those who do not know how to read the Qur’an
properly should be swift in learning, as it is Fard to
do so. Be sure to recite every alphabet with the
correct pronunciation.

45
DHIKR NAFI WA ITHBAAT

The following Dhikr is usually read softly. The

manner in which this Dhikr is read is as following:

1. La ilaaha il-l’Allah 200 times

2. Allahu Allahu 600 times
3. iI-l’Allahu 400 times

The Dhikr must commence and end with 3 times

Durood Shareef.

DHIKR E JAHR
(Audible Dhikr)

This Dhikr is known as Dhikr-e-Jahr and is usually

recited aloud. The procedure of Dhikr-e-Jahr is:

1. Recite Durood Shareef - 10 times

2. Recite Istighfaar 10 times
3. Recite this verse of the Qur’an 10 times:

46
After reciting all of the above make Dum (blow) on
your-self and commence the Dhikr;

1. La ilaaha il-l’Allah 200 times

2. iI-l’Allahu 400 times
3. Allahu-Allahu 600 times
4. Haq-Haq 100 times

Either reading it as many times mentioned above or

as per your ability, but in threes or fours.

47
SPECIAL ADVICE TO THE MUREED

1. O Beloved (disciple)! Remember that when you

were born all were happy and you were crying. Live
your life in such a way that when the time of your
death comes, then all will be weeping but you will
be happy (content). If with a sincere heart you
weep and humble yourself in the remembrance of
Allah, and if your heart is restless and pining in the
separation from the Beloved and in the desire to
become closer to him Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam,
then surely at the time of your demise and when
you will get to meet the Beloved Sall Allahu Alaihi
wa Sallam, you will be pleased and ecstatic, while
the creation will be saddened and in grief due to
your demise.

2. O Beloved! Remember the pledge and promise

you made when you gave your hand in the hand of
this humble sinful servant. You should also make
Dua for this humble servant who has no substance;
that I should live in accordance with the Commands
of Allah, as I should, and until my last moment, I
should remain firm in this manner.

48
3. O Beloved! You have pledged to remain steadfast
on the Madhab of the Ahle Sunnah, and that you
will refrain from the company of all deviants (bud-
mazhabs). Remain firm on this strictly. Remember!
Do not die, but in the state of Imaan.

4. O Beloved! You have pledged to perform every

Fard and Waajib Salaah in its appointed time, and
you will abstain from sins. May Allah help you to
remain firm on your pledge. To break a promise is
Haraam, and it is a huge weakness and an evil act.
To be loyal to your promise is necessary, even if you
have made a promised to the lowest of the
creation. This Promise who have made with The
Creator, The Most Exalted.

5. O Beloved! Remember (your) Death! If you

remember death, then In’sha Allah you will be
saved from destruction. You will take your Deen
and Imaan safely with you, and you will continue to
obey the Shariat and you will abstain from sins.

6. O Beloved! Wake up today, so that after your

death, you may sleep a peaceful and comfortable
sleep. The Angel will say to you, ‘Sleep like a bride

49
Sleeps’. Listen! Listen! Listen!

Jaagna he Jaag le Aflaak Ke Saaye Taley

Hashr Tuk Sota Rahega Khaak Ke Saaye Taley

If you wish to wake, wake up,

beneath the shadow of the Skies

(Otherwise) Until The Day of Reckoning You Will

Sleep, under the shadow of the Dust (sand)’

O Beloved! Do not drown yourself in the love of the

world. To become lost in the love of the world, is to
become heedless of your Creator. The ‘World’ is
(another) name, for being oblivious of your Creator.

Cheest Dunya Az Khuda Ghaafil Budan

Ney Qamaash o Nuqrah o Farzand o Zan

‘What is this World? It is to be Heedless of Allah!

Neither is it gold or silver, nor (your) children or
(your wife)’

50
THE IMPORTANCE OF PARDAH
(Proper Islamic Attire)

It is obligatory upon the Muslim females to have

Pardah (proper Islamic attire). They should neither
go around without the proper Islamic attire and nor
should they be without it at home.

It is Haraam, Haraam to wear such thin (see

through) clothing through which the body or the
hair can be seen, and to reveal the area above the
pants bottom and the and the area of the shin
above the ankles, and to let the neck and the chest
show, and when wearing such clothes, even thin
clothing through which the body can be seen, leave
alone strangers, it is forbidden and detrimental to
go in the presence of your husband’s elder brother,
your husband’s younger brother, sister’s husband,
your blood maternal cousin brothers, your maternal
aunts sons, your paternal aunts sons and your
maternal uncles sons. It is Fard upon the males to
save their wives, daughters and sisters from being
without proper Islamic attire in the presence of
strange males. We should remind them about
Pardah, and for those can be disciplined for not
51
obeying, they should be disciplined. That person
who does not care about his Mahaarim females
being in un-Islamic attire and who allows them to
move around in this condition where even their
‘Satr’ areas which need to be covered are
uncovered, allowing such parts of the body to be
revealed, then such a person is regarded as a
‘shameless person’.

52
Kiye Jaa-o Koshish mere Dosto
Na Koshish Se Ek Aan Ko Tum Thako

Continue to Strive O’ My Friends

Never Tire Even A Moment, from Striving

Khuda Ki Talab Me Sa’ee Karte Raho

Jitne Ho Sakey Mujahide Karo

Continue to Strive to Attain Closeness to Allah

As Much As You Can, Strive in His Remembrance

Always be confident of success and triumph.

Almighty Allah says, 'He who seeks a path towards
Me, We will certainly show him the paths.' May
Allah open unto you all the Doors of goodness and
success.

The moment you enter into this path, your reward

is already upon Allah. ‘And he who leaves his home
to strive for the sake of Allah and His Rasool Sall
Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam, and then death overtakes
him, then his reward is upon Allah’
53
The Beloved Rasool Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam
said, 'He who seeks out something and strives for
it, will certainly receive it'

It is in the Hadith that, ‘One who seeks closeness to

Allah, will achieve it’. However, the pre-requisite for
this is, true love and respect. The love for a (true)
Peer is love for the Beloved Rasool Sall Allahu Alaihi
wa Sallam, and true love for the Beloved Rasool Sall
Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam is love for Allah. The greater
your love becomes and the more loyal you become,
the more you will see the benefits. Even if the Peer
is from among the people, and he is not full of
splendor, as long as he is a Peer who is proper
(according to Shariah), and he possesses all the
conditions of a true Peer. If his Silsila (spiritual)
chain is connected then surely you will receive
blessings from the blessings of The Beloved Master
Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam. O my beloved son
(daughter)! Remember the concept of Tauheed
(Oneness).

Allah is One, The Rasool Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam

is One, and your Peer is One.

54
It is necessary for the Qibla of your attention to be
one and to remain one. Do not be troubled and in
the condition that you are neither here nor there.
Become absorbed in seeking the pleasure of Allah.
Fulfill the chores of Deen and this world for the
pleasure of Allah.

Obey the Shariat, Follow the path of Shariat. Do not

remove your foot from the path of Shariat even for
a moment. Eat, drink, stand, sit, rest, sleep, go and
come, speak, listen, take, give, earn and spend, in
other words do everything for the pleasure of Allah.
Always have the pleasure of Allah in your sight.

O Razvi! Become ‘Fana’ absorbed in Raza, thus

becoming absorbed in attaining the ‘Raza’ pleasure
of The Beloved Nabi Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam,
thereby being absorbed in attaining the ‘Raza’
pleasure of Almighty Allah.

Your true aim should be your Creator. Attaining His

Pleasure should be your objective.

55
Firaaq o Wasl Che Khaahi Raza e Dost Talab
Keh Haif Ba Shad Az O Ghayre Oo Tamana’e

‘If you desire separation and closeness, then only

wish and strive for the Pleasure of the One you Love
(i.e. Allah)’

‘O what a Pity! You desire someone other than The

One you Love (i.e. Allah)’

Strive to save yourself from boastfulness. Do

everything with sincerity for the pleasure of Allah,
following the Shariat. This is a very blessed and
virtuous act, and truly a blessed way of striving for
spiritual success.

Some of our Masha’ikh have said,

People have a greed for Spiritual exercises (Riyazat).

There is no spiritual exercise or spiritual striving,
equal to giving full consideration to the rules and
principles of Namaaz, especially offering the five
Daily Salaahs with Jama’at at the Masjid.

56
METHOD OF RECITING THE HOLY QURAN

The Awliyah-e-Kaamileen state that, Without doubt

the recitation of the Holy Qur’an is a powerful
means for attaining ones needs. You should try to
read with complete respect as much as you can in a
day. If one recites the Qur’an following this method,
then it is very good and soon one will achieve
success. You should commence on a Friday and
complete on a Thursday;

From Surah Faateha up to the end

of Surah Maa’ida

From Surah Al An’aam up to the

end of Surah Tauba

From Surah Yunus up to the end

of Surah Maryam

From Surah Ta-ha up to the end of

Surah Al Qasas

From Surah Al ‘Ankabut up to the

end of Surah Saad
57
From Surah Az-Zumar up to the
end of surah Rahmaan

Surah Waaqi’ah up to the end of

Surah till the end of the Qur’an
(Surah An Naas)

Read this in privacy. Do not talk in-between when

reciting. It is a means of attaining all your most
difficult needs. Most blessed is to complete the
recitation of the Qur’an 12 times.

58
The virtues and blessings of Durood Shareef are
mentioned in numerous Ahadith.

Here only one Hadith is being presented, and just

from this we will realise the blessings and benefits
of this world and the hereafter which are attained
by presenting Durood Shareef in the Exalted Court
of Nabi Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam.

Hazrat Abi bin Ka’ab Radi Allahu Anhu says that, I

said to Nabi Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam; Ya
Rasool’Allah Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam! I wish to
send Durood upon you in abundance, so how much
time should I allocate for this?

Huzoor Nabi Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam

said, As much as you wish. So I said, one fourth of
my time. He Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam said, As you
please, but if you increase it, then it will be better
for you. I said, half of my time.

59
He Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam said, As you please,
but if you increase it, then it will be better for you. I
said, three quarters of my time.

He Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam said, It is up to you,

but if you increase it, it will be better for you. I said,
Ya Rasool’Allah Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam! All of
my time.

Nabi Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam said, If you

do this, then you will achieve all your needs, and all
your sins will be forgiven. [Tirmizi]

60
TASAWWUR-E-SHAIKH
VISUALISING THE SHAIKH

Always try and visualize your Shaikh whenever you

are alone (in private chambers away from all). This
can (also) be done in Court of the Shaikh, and if the
Shaykh has passed from this world, then sit down
and direct your attention towards the Mazaar of the
Shaykh. Do so with complete sincerity and
devotion.

Visualize that you are seated in front of your Shaikh

and that the both of you are present in the Court of
Sayyiduna Rasoolullah Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam.

Visualize that the rays of Noor (Light) and blessings

of Rasoolullah Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam are
descending upon the heart of your Murshid and
from his heart it is flowing over and being
transferred to your heart.

Continue this Tasawwur until you are absorbed fully

in it, and you find no need to make more effort, as
you are able to see the face of your Shaykh. When
you reach a level of perfection in this, then you will
61
always be able to visualise the face of your Shaykh,
and this will remain with the mureed (disciple), and
this will assist him in all issues, and whenever he (or
she) faces any hurdles in his (or her) path, it will
give him a solution.

May Almighty Allah assist us all in this world and in

the hereafter through the Wasila of the Beloved
Rasool Sall Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam and through the
Blessings of all the Masha'ikh of this blessed Silsila.
Aameen
