Japan which manufactures a range of curtain and tubular motors.

SkiptonWall manufactures a wide variety of high quality wallcoverings at very affordable
prices. The wallcovering collections are designed to satisfy every need and taste and to be
perfect for all applications: commercial projects, contract jobs as well as residential homes. The
SkiptonWall range includes the Skyline Interior Architecture which are a collection of
heavy-duty contract wallcoverings. SkiptonWall also has many other collections of
medium-duty and lighter wallpapers. These collections have an even bigger variety of designs.
All are manufactured to the highest of standards and undergo strict quality control procedures.

complete motorisation systems for curtain and roller blinds. The motors are designed for a

Skyline Interior Architecture Features
Standard Features
SkiptonWall's Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings have fire retardant
compounds added during the manufacturing process which increases their resistance
to fire. Certified third party laboratory testing verifies they rate as ASTM E-84 Class A
which is generally equivalent to European standard resistance to fire Class B,s2-d0.

SkiptonWall's Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings have a high-quality

solid polyvinyl chloride surface which ensures that the wallcoverings are as moisture
resistant as possible. They are also extra scrubbable, this means that it is possible to
clean the wallcoverings of dirt and general water-based stains. This can done using a
sponge or a soft-bristled brush, coupled with a mild detergent. More difficult, oil and
solvent-based stains, can also be successfully cleaned if prompt action is taken.

SkiptonWall’s Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings are manufactured

from high quality raw materials, resulting in a certified level of good lightfastness. Our
wallcoverings are more resistant to the negative effect that light rays have on the
chemical compounds that give wallcoverings their color.

SkiptonWall's Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings comply with the

quality and safety standards set by the European Union for vinyl wallcoverings. This
ensures that the wallcoverings do not release any harmful substances such as VOC’s,
formaldehyde and heavy metals such as lead, arsenic and others.

Optional Features
SkiptonWall's Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings can be manufactured
to have antibacterial properties. This is often required for wallcoverings used in hospitals
and clinics. Our antibacterial contract wallcoverings satisfy the Japanese Industrial
Standard, Test for Antimicrobial Activity of Plastics - JIS Z 2801.

SkiptonWall’s Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings can be manufactured

to have antifungal properties. This ensures the longest service life possible. This feature,
available upon request and is often required for 5-star hotels and hospital applications.

Note: For the best performance of this feature, it is critical that the wall surface and the
wallpaper adhesive also have antifungal properties.

SkiptonWall's Skyline Interior Architecture contract wallcoverings can be manufactured

to have anti-static properties. This is often required in areas where static electricity is a
concern, such as server rooms or other electronically sensitive areas. This feature
requires additional treatments and is available upon request.

gives the wallcovering higher performance.

The Achilles corporation based in Tokyo has developed a technologically
advanced compound which they use to coat their wallpaper. It enhances the
performance of the wallpaper and prolongs its service life. Below are some of
the special features that Granica film adds to the wallpapers that it is coated
with.

SkiptonWeave is SkiptonWall’s interior contract textile collection. These are sun control textiles, also know as sunscreen, which are designed to reduce the excessive

Fujikawa Japan represents a revolution in window covering
motorization. Extensive research and development as well as the use
of advanced technologies in mechanical and electrical engineering
enables Fujikawa Japan to supply a unique line of tubular and curtain
motors. The Fujikawa Japan manufacturing facility conducts rigorous
and extreme testing on their motors at maximum capacity to ensure
that their motors will last 12-years even when they are pushed to their
limits. The motors are unique in having a 12-year manufacturers
replacement guarantee which SeHus is obliged to honor. However it
is our strong belief that the motors, being so well designed and
manufactured with such precision, will outlast the 12 years.

Fujikawa Japan designs and manufactures its curtain motors as well as its
own accessories to ensure a maintenance free-design and trouble free
operation. Their curtain motors Takamatsu and Toyama both have a
capacity of 50kg which means it can motorize a curtain of 75m2 if using a
0.66Kg/m2 fabric. Fujikawa Japan is unique that it has a battery powered
curtain which requires no hard wiring to the mains electricity and only End Cap S# Track
