SAP is committed to the Cloud and you can now take SAP
Certification exams there too!!
In the course of 2016, SAP Certif ication exams f or cloud solutions
such as SuccessFactors, C4C (Cloud f or Customer), Ariba and SAP

Hybris are provided in the Cloud to take at your convenience and
location, 7 days a w eek/24 hours a day via the Certif ication Hub.
A subscription to the Certif ication Hub provides you w ith 6 exam

bookings in a 12-month subscription period. You can take 6 dif f erent
exams or take one exam up to 3 times. Each retake of an exam counts
as one of the 6 exam attempts available w ith the subscription.
The amount of exams available in the Certif ication Hub subscription are
rapidly increasing. Check the SAP Training and Certif ication Shop f or
the most current list of cloud-based exams.
SAP offe rs tw o type s of ce rtifications in the Ce rtification Hub:

Associ a te Certi fi ca ti on and Professi ona l Certi fi ca ti on. The
Associ a te Certi fi ca ti on covers the f undamental know ledge
requirements f or an SAP consultant to conf igure and implement SAP
solutions based on the content covered in the Academy training. For
some parts of the portf olio (f or example, SuccessFactors), Delta
exams are part of the Associate Certif ication and ensure that a
consultant is up to date on the most current release of the Cloud
solution. For certain Associate exams, SAP of f ers the option to certif y
as a Specialist. This certif ication is in addition to an Associate
certif ication and f ocuses on a specif ic role or integration component.
Professi ona l Certi fi ca ti on is the highest level of Certif ication and
requires technical and practical expertise.

I am planning to take SF EC certif ication , i am w orking in partner company in

India and have access to learning HuB prof essional edition too , My query is
af ter passing the certif ication say in f uture i leave the company than how w ill I
be able to access learning Hub to take the delta exams to keep my certif ication
valid ,

You can request your past company to give/transf er credentials,

or you can request new employers to get access on certif ication
hub. SAP SuccessFactors certif ication and other cloud exams are
easy opt in w ith new registration too.

on Jan 12th. I also completed Career Dev Planning on Jan 20 th.

I read that I had 6 months’ time to complete Delta exam. Af ter Feb 28 th the
system says that my certif ications w ere retired.
Could you please explain w hat the process is f or Delta Exams? Do I need to
w rite the exam again?

Hi Sunil,
Thank you f or your question. The SAP SuccessFactors versions

bef ore _1611 (or Q4) are retired but do not w orry you are still
certif ied as long as you take the Delta assessments. The Deltas
represent the current status of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
If you are up-to-date then you should see “Your status is current”
in Credential Manager.

Hi Sheri,
I passed my SAP Cer�fied Applica�on Associate – SuccessFactors Recrui�ng

Management in September 2016 (release b1608). I have just seen in my SAP

Creden�als Manager that the cer�fica�on was re�red, even if I took all the
delta exams un�l now. There is a message sta�ng that all the successfactors
qualifica�ons earned before b1611 were re�red, but I never received any
no�fica�on nor warning.
Could you please clarify if I have to take the cer�fica�on again? Do you know
why I did not receive any no�fica�on in this sense?

Hi Luca, You are correct, the SAP SuccessFactors versions

bef ore _1611 (or Q4) are retired but do not w orry you are still
certif ied. The Deltas represent the current status of the SAP
SuccessFactors modules. You have completed Q4/2016 and
Q1/2017 so you are up-to-date. You should see “Your status is
current” in Credential Manager.
Q4 w ill be retired on 31.05.2017. Your Q1/2017 is valid until

31.08.2017. This means you have until the end of August to
update to the Q2/2017 delta.

Learning Hub subscription. Here you can access training
materials, learning rooms and take delta assessments to stay
current.

I am interested in getting a hybris developer certif icate. I examine the exam

guide on the w iki page. I have listed some questions below . Could you share
me more details about them?
How does the exam result calculation make? For example; there are two
correct answers and I only write one of them. Do I get half points?
Do you share count of correct answers on the top of the questions like
sample exam you have on your site?
Do wrong answers has any effect on the exam result calculation?

do not aw ard half points or negative points f or incorrect answ ers.
Multiple response questions do indicate how many answ ers are

I w as checking the training shop to check the example questions f or

the Certif ication Exams f or Successf actors but they w ere deleted :(, is there a
w ay to f ind these examples, there w as just 5-6 questions but it w as helpf ul to

My name is ‘Rama’, f rom Singapore. I w ould like to subscribe to the

‘Certif ication Hub’ as I am planning to take f ew available certif ications in this
hub.
I w ould like to get your f inal comments bef ore proceeding w ith the certif ication
hub subscription f or the below exam –
C_ACT_2016 – SAP Activate Project Manager: I am already experienced SAP

Project Manager and also got approval f rom SAP Education, Singapore to go
f or C_PM_71 (ASAP8) as an experienced PM, w ithout any training required.
Eventually, I have f ound that SAP Activate is the latest methodology developed
on top of ASAP.
And I am already w orking in an implementation project w hich is using SAP

Activate Methodology f or S/4 HANA. Please let me know w hether can I go
ahead w ith subscription and to book an online exam f or C_ACT_2016 or not.

So I do not believe that a SAP Learning

Hub subscription is required f or the
certif ication. How ever since it is a
prof essional exam, three years of
practical experience is required. There is

I just heard back f rom the expert f or this w ho advised that you
should be able to apply to take the exam at a Pearson VUE testing
centre. You can go to http://w w w .pearsonvue.com, then search
f or a local test center, and then search f or the exam
C_TB1200_92.
The exam w ill be in English.

1. What is the difference between SFX certification and this ?

2. Learning hub access will expire on March 2018, if I complete exams

Hi Rehan, You w ill need access to SAP Learning Hub to keep your
certif ication valid as the SAP Successf actors exams are part of
the Stay Current program w here you have to pass the quarterly
delta assessments. This means your certif ied status w ill be lost if
you do not stay current.
You can take up to 6 exams w ith a subscription to the Certif ication

Hub – so yes you can take other SAP SuccessFactors exams as
part of the Certif ication Hub subscription w ithout additional cost.
Regarding the dif f erence, please ask in your Learning Room as
you w ill f ind experts in the area there. Good luck w ith your

certification package. Can I sub scrib e (pay the fee) to it just a day b efore I
would like to take the exam or should I sub scrib e now and later on b ook my
planned exam date? ( the point is to save some time on the 6-month window

can pursue my Associate certif icates f or EC and other modules? As w hen I
search f or Certif ication Hub it show s me that I dont have it in my subscription

I had paid f or cer006 f rom my pocket(not company paid) , my 5 attempts w ere

lef t .Meanw hile i changed my company to another partner.I got another S user
ID in new company.I had to take a certif ication today through my old id and get
the certif icate move to my new credential manager account , but yesterday I
mapped my previous ID and my new EY ID , because of w hich I can not
access the subscription of cer006.On ‘Accss’ subscription screen , it now
asks me to pay the amount

Contact the SAP Education, its easy to reassign back to the

original S-User id. Better you clear your exam w ith existing
S-user ID as the certif ication must have been taged to this S-user
id by the SAP education.

CER006” there is no certif ication code like : C_TS460_1610.

EhP7″. I’m not sure if w hen I register f or C_TS460_1610 I w ill be
asked f or proving of any certif ications that I’ve done bef ore.

You w ill receive an email f rom SAP Credential Manager w hen the
quarterly update exams are available in Learning Hub f or you to

take. You w ill have 30 days in w hich to complete the exam in

Learning Hub in order to keep your certif ication current. This
assumes that you have taken and passed the core exam (such as
C_THR82_1708) and have opted into Credential Manager.

I w ould like to get Certif ied in C_AUDSEC_731 (SAP Certif ied Technology
Associate – SAP Authorization and Auditing f or NetWeaver 7.31).
But I can’t f ind certif ication in the Cloud Certif ication List. Could you please help
how can i take exam f rom CER006 – Ce rtification Hub.

Hello,
The C_AUDSEC_731 is not currently available in the Certif ication in

the Cloud. You w ill need to take this exam at an SAP Testing
Center or Pearson-Vue Testing Center.

hub student edition. If I do associate SuccessFactors certif ication through
certif ication hub, then w ill I be able to take delta exams through student hub or I
w ill have to buy prof essional learning hub?

Yes, you w ill need to have the SAP Learning Hub Prof essional
Edition to take advantages of the benef its of Learning Hub,
including taking the delta exams. Once you have taken and
passed the core certif ication exam, you can stay current by taking
the delta courses and delta exams in SAP Learning Hub,

name-
C_C4C50_1711 – SAP Certified Integration Associate – SAP Hyb ris Cloud for
Customer 1711.
But couldn’t f ind topic areas/course details in SAP training portal. Please help.
