article pretends to expose what has been an experimental process in the application the ideas, teachings and techniques of Pranic Healing by Master
Choa Kok Sui in the business field, during the last eight years.This work is based on what I think I remember I hear and understood that Master said
and/or explained and the results of practices performed in real corporations that I have been consulting for during this time. Any mistake, bad
interpretation or inappropriate use of the techniques is solely due to an inappropriate understanding and wrong application that I have of the concepts.
All the correct and appropriate handling of what is presented here is thanks to the guidance and support of Master Choa Kok Sui, his profound
generosity and altruistic spirit. To my Guru, Master Choa Kok Sui, with tremendous gratitude.PREMISESThe present experiment results from mi work
as a Doctor and Healer. As such, I frequently found myself attending high ranking executives of important businesses who considered them as "living
beings". It wasn't rare to hear them say phrases like "this business that is a living being is killing me", or similar things. Based on that, I decided to
establish three premises that allowed me to understand the application of Pranic Healing teachings in the corporate field. The basis from where I
consider this are:1.Every business is a living being.2.If it is a living being it must have Energetic Fields and Centers.3.If it has magnetic centers and
fields it must have a similar response to that of a human being.In effect, through a great deal of experimenting I was beginning to realize that something
like that was happening. For this I started to use the technique of distance exploring that you learn in the basic course in which you can perceive the
condition of the chakras of a patient even though he or she is not present.I began to scan each of the possible Energetic Centers and little by little I
began to realize that the businesses and organizations had the energetic equivalents of chakras and that such center where susceptible to being
treated with the techniques of energetic manipulation that I habitually used on my patients. Although it is true that they were not always easy to find and
study, after several months of research and comparison I gradually consolidated this concept.Surprisingly the results were becoming evident and the
changes tangible. I remember in several opportunities my father calling me on the phone asking me what I had been doing energetically to the family
businesses since several changes had occurred, apparently, without any explanation. All this motivated me to dedicate a good part of my daily practice
to accompany institutions in what I called "Energetic Business Consulting".THE FUNCTIONS OF THE ENERGETIC CENTERSFollowing I make a
summary of the main functions that I have found for the energetic equivalents of businesses. When you observe carefully, the reader will notice that it
is no more than an interpretation and comparison of what happens to a human being applied to the business field. It must be clarified, that as I
remember Master explaining to me, the term chakra is not the most adequate since at a business level these centers lack some of the qualities found
in human beings, therefore they are called "energetic centers". Next you find a summary of the main functions.1.Basic energetic center•Sense of

managementBased on the previous, it is possible to deduct, according to the energetic characteristics of the "Vital Centers", which is the expected
behavior of the enterprise and determine the weak points or the ones that require the most work.DIAGNOSIS As it was explained above, the study is
based on the technique of distance scanning and evaluation. Certainly, the company does not have a physical body like that of a person.
Nevertheless, it does posses the energetic centers that can be studied one by one and determine if they are depleted, congested, inhibited or
activated. Knowing this and remembering the functions of them, you can obtain a diagnosis of what is happening and subsequently formulate a
therapeutic strategy.Besides studying each of the energetic centers of the business, it is useful to determine the condition of the "energy level" of the
logo and/or the name of the business, as well as studying the organizational chart. It must also be noted that each of the departments of a company
may behave as an independent living being and each one of them may be studied in terms of its own energetic centers. This facilitates the corrective
intervention when you find that a specific area is affected.SOME STORIESI will now present a few examples taken from the multiple cases that have
been resolved satisfactorily. First case. It is about a company, member of a family holding company, dedicated to the business of metallurgic. A
Tuesday afternoon the manager asks them to communicate to me that they suspect the creation of an alternate union with the intention of destabilizing
the economic stability of the enterprise. In that time this was a frequently used strategy by groups outside the law that seeked the destabilization of the
country through breaking or making fragile the highly productive businesses. After my knowledge of the news I began to apply repeatedly the basic
protocol, that consist of using all techniques. The following day, very early in the morning, three employees of the company made grave mistakes, so
evident and delicate, that the only corrective action was to fire them. After an internal investigation in the company, it was found that these characters
were the instigators of the revolt. Second case. In the same company, there was an elevated number of overdue pending payment accounts, from
three to five years old. This was worked on punctually for three months, applying always the same protocol, this time emphasizing the Master Healing
technique. At the end of this period it was possible to recuperate 40% of such accounts. After working for three more months it was possible to
recuperate 60% of the total amount. Third case. In this opportunity I will talk about a sugar mill. During almost a year I had been consulting this
company and obtaining favorable results. One day, after a routine scanning (that I generally do once a week) I found that there was indication of
trouble at the production plant. The energy of the place was perceived especially dense and dirty, and the energetic centers of the plant were showing
important alterations. After discussing it with the General Manager, I decided to apply over the production factory the cleansing the internal organs
technique. In the following week, some machines began failing and altered in the production process. Little by little damages in the different machines
were made evident, which motivated an exhaustive intervention of the maintenance team and the managers in charge. After the study was realized, it
was found that the person responsible for the maintenance was not doing it, he simply came in, signed the documents and left. According to the
engineers, had the situation persisted, in a matter of two weeks the factory would have collapsed and would have required a reparation process that
would have left it completely unproductive for about three months. Identifying the problem, it was possible to fix it during a year but without the losses
that a closing of the factory would have generated. Fourth case. A one person enterprise dedicated to the import, sales and installation of wooden
floors. During the last three months the business had been having constant losses and the level of debt was more dramatic each day. The sales were
practically paralyzed and the income was minimal. The basic protocol was applied, weekly during a year. Slowly, the enterprise was granted small
accounts that gave it more cash flow that facilitated the structuring of a new functioning strategy. Slowly, the sales began to increase in frequency and
in amount until by the end of the year 80% of the debt had been paid. The balance at the end of the year showed a small profit, but a profit
nevertheless. Fifth case. Company that distributes automobiles. In a similar manner, this company had been reporting important losses during the last
five years. Its debt reached the amount of US$1,000,000 and the annual losses were near US$300,000. Thanks to the application of the business
treatments, many significant changes in the organizational structure of the company were accomplished, firing many employees that were not being
productive, identify those who were being useful and loyal to the company, retrain them and return them to their position or assign them new activities,
change the physical appearance of the business (pranic Feng Shui recommendations were used), to , at the end of the first year of intervention, have
a company congratulated on its good administrative performance and its significant improvement of sales numbers. The level of debt was minimized
and, for the first time in a long time, the company reported monthly profits of around US$10,000 to $30,000. Sixth case. Business dedicated to the
fabrication of software. This company was ahead in a process of Quality Certification. Unfortunately, several of the processes were poorly defined,
lacked coherence and there was a lot of uncertainty, the communication processes were altered and the information did not flow appropriately between
the different departments. The first valuation did not assure that a level of certification would be awarded or that if it was awarded it would be in the
lowest levels. During five weeks the energetic techniques were directed to clear the path of the certification, to favor the conditions of the employees
and to improve the integration of processes. The result, the maximum level of certification possible.As the previous ones, there are a number of
anecdotic cases that have motivated me to continue in this endeavor. It is important to point out that the work has to be in conjunction and coordinating
with the people in charge of the companies. The ability of the Presidents or Managers is crucial. What the "Energetic Consulting" does is simply to
facilitate and support their work.CONCLUSION It is evident that the findings are anecdotic and lack a strict validation, nevertheless, if we employ the
theory that speaks that what is suggested by evidence merits profound investigation, the road ahead is at the disposal of the formulated proposal.
