Christopher Jaoko. In the journey of my career, I have always followed my passion in Art, respecting all its elements and
Graphic Designer principle to achieve aesthetic value in all my work and to also ease visual communication in an
attractive, fast an applicable manner.

Through learning from schools, institutions, research sharing and mere observation, i can confirm that
good designs are built through inspiration, this is further improved by sharing with other field
member in a team and also non artist, criticism is a major ingredient that has helped build my
confidence in concurrence to appreciation i receive from my teammates.

For the best to come out from all parties mutual respect is very important among us, we must all
agree on our time-lines, briefs, means of communication and work schedules to enable us work
harmoniously, if all this is put in place then performance must be exemplary from me as a designer.

Even if its Nothing, it should be the Best.

Graphic Designer Large Format printing, Signage and Digital printing
Graphic Designer - September 2013 –

Duties
In phase 2 i have had the opportunity to work on many projects and have good feedback from clients,
the Major projects includes the branding of Magic Planet in Two Rivers mall where i had to deal with
small files to be blown to greater scales that can not be printed on most large format printing, most
artworks had to be recreated to fit Huge walls harmoniously and to look good on irregular walls, this
was a challange but we managed the deadline and still did jobs outside the brief, thanks to the good
teamwork we put down.
I also had an opportunity to work with Alcatel, especially during the Alcatel Onetouch lounch where i
did most of the point of sale for East Africa as per there gudelines, on the project i dealt directly with
their representatives to the finall print production.

RAINBOW PRINTOGRAPHICS

Graphic Designer - September 2010 – December 2012

Duties
As a project head for Fones Direct (FoneXpress, Phonelink, Tuscom, Naivacom), i had to come up with
creatives for East Africa if non existed for branding of all shops regionwide, this included also Newspa-
per advertisements and digital prints like fliers and posters and POS too, In all projects i worked directly
with the Fones direct directors and contractors.
As the person also in charge of Samsung Phone Advertisement products, i had to come up with
creatives for East Africa if non existed from Sumsung main offices, all billboard layouts to size had to be
executed by me like the Galaxy S2 Drgba campaign, all artworks were set to size and later sent all over
to East Africa and to other Billboard printing companies. Other phones like Galaxy Young had no
creatives and so i had to come up with the design to be used in East Africa following the Sumsung
Guide, this was a success and that is what was used for Galaxy Y campaigne.

FALCON SIGNS (GRAPHICS)

Duties:
As a designer mainly i had to cerate artworks for Large format Printing (banners, Billboards, branding
materials like vinyle) and also create artworks for signages like
Undercanopy signs, Pylon signs and ID signs. This lead to my achieving of great projects ending
succesfully like the Tea Tot hotel Machakos
As a major designer i was also tasked with setting interviews for new designers and also orienting the
shortlisted ones on work flow and other subjects.
