Narrative report on Jett Williams’ Tutorial Class

Mei Ann Suarez grade 2 and 3 adviser was Jett Williams’ teacher for tutorial of reading
and writing. Jett Williams is a grade 1 learner who has a hard time reading and
identifying the alphabet. Jett has undergone 20 hours of remedial as per request of her
parent.

Mei Ann Suarez conducted her remedial classes after her and Jett’s class hours. Jett
has shown some improvement on reading and writing but needs to focus on memorizing
and identifying the alphabet. Mei Ann has informed Jett’s mother about his improvement
and was given copies of Jett’s activities and improvement. Jett’s mother is aware of his
son’s weaknesses and improvement. It was suggested that Jett should keep practicing
and remembering the alphabet.

Jett’s mother was provided copies of different activities of Jett’s activities in reading and
writing and Mei Ann has explained to Jett’s mother every activity and the results of each
activity.
