Personal Factor:

* hairs cut, nail cut

* free of infectious disease

Personal Ethics:

* Must wash your hands before starting work

* Always wear new pair of gloves, face mask and hair protector and disposable coat
before starting work
* Always clean your hands and wear fresh pair of gloves after toilet break or food
break

Professional Factor

* All raw material should be properly labelled placed in clean containers

* The processesing machines should be clean and in top working conditions at all
times
* The packing material should be properly placed

2) working environment factors:

a) general cleaning

The floor must be washed with antiseptic liquid every day after finishing work and
broomed regularly to prevent
No foul smell is allowed in the working area
The machines should be covered after finishing work

b) area specific cleaning ( raw material, processing, final product)

The raw material area floor and containers should be clean at all times
The raw material should be in it's labeled container
The raw material container must be covered when not being used.

The processesing machine and surrounding area should be clean at all times
The individual parts of the machine should be labeled
Before and after usage machine must be properly cleaned

All waste material must be properly disposed in covered containers

The packaging area must be cleaned at all times

The packaging material should be placed in clean area and properly labeled
The packaging machine and surrounding area must be clean at all times
The packinging containers must be labeled
The packaging conatiners must be covered when not being used

3) maintainance/ check and balance

Any health and safety related issue must be immediately reported including shortage
of cleaning material and malfunction of machinery
Quality checks should be expected at all times
Health and hygine laws mentioned above must be followed at all times
4) continous improvement

The labour force will be checked regularly and intructed to improve as per
observation
The labour force will be educated through intructional notices
The labour force health will be inspected for any infectious disease

5) repetition

All the above mentioned processes must be followed regularly.

Other Important Points:

The stock should be placed on Pallets by uniform sales keeping units (SKU)
First aid kit should be available
Fire extinguisher should be avaible, must be in perfect working condition and
checked in relation to expiry date.
