PG Clamp need to be used instead of binding In Incomers and outgoing side

Isolator Assembly Missing

Water accumulated around the panel

 One disc of R-phase VCB found damage

Gravels spreading not uniform also not up to the level

VCB panel cover and lock missing

VCB Manual spring charger section metal plate cover found in the control panel

Earth pit chamber cover missing

CT & PT cover earthing and missing
Some hardware are loose and missing at CT & PT
Boundary Net hardware missing
VCB relay setting need to be done
