 Preparation of Quotation, Purchase order (LPO) & coordinating with
customers and suppliers
 Ensure liquidity management strategies to maintain healthy cash flow
availability
 Manage A/R , A/P & Outstanding by reconciling of
customers/vendors accounts , & maintain ageing reports
 Prepare Bank reconciliation & reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors
 Prepare inventory ledger, Stock Register and physical stock
verification
 Prepare & Maintain Salary, Leave Salaries & End of Service Indemnity
provisions, Employee Loans & Advances and other benefits & final
settlements etc
 Perform Periodical closing procedures and closing related duties
 Preparing various financial reports on timely manner includes T/B,
P&L, B/S , Cash Flows & Aging Reports etc
 Maintaining Fixed Asset register & process depreciation schedules
 Liaison with management, auditors, Bankers & external parties
 Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and
operational audits
 Performs other duties as assigned or required
